Rick, Rebecca, and team represented me when I bought my home in Katy and couldn’t have done a better job. Any questions/​concerns I had were addressed before I had them. Their recommendations for other services were great also, everyone from the mortgage company to the pool inspector were perfect.

We recently relocated from Katy to Dallas, TX with our company. Although Rick Dittemore was not on a preferred agent list we elected to go with him, having seen a lot of signs in the vicinity with his name. Bad decision.
Friends agreed to buy our Katy home before we even began marketing. With our home sell «banked», Rick Dittemore quickly made a play to list our buyers’ home too. Which he did.
After listing both, He then went on several back-​to-​back lengthy vacations to Mexico, Colorado, and other tourist destinations at exclusives resorts, leaving us and our buyers to be handled by his «associates».
Several situations then arose where there were obvious seller-​buyer conflicts of interest. In short we asked that he reduce his fee since he never had to market either property. We asked for a $ 250 allowance toward cleaning the home. He refused.
Having secured a «bird in the hand» with our relocation company, his office dismissed our concerns and when he returned from his numerous vacations Rick responded that he had to «pay taxes and feed his family». This is a guy who had a seller/​buyer in his pocket with not a sign in the yard nor a single marketing dollar incurred.
If you or friends are considering this guy don’t do it unless you like dealing with snakes who have no sense about caring for his client needs.
