R&R Steam Clean

It is Sunday afternoon, I have family coming Monday night and maids coming early Monday morning to give my place a final clean so needed the carpets done before the maids come.
After my regular place let me down by canceling my appointment at the last minute and another place hanging up on me and everyone else being booked or closed in Sunday I was in a real bind.
I called R&R Steam Clean and talked to Nathan, he was able to come out in an hours time, in fact he was actually 15 minutes early. He gave me a real reasonable base price and I was able to add a few extra rooms at little charge and was still be well within my budget.
I am very impressed and greatful that a place can come to my home at the last minute on a Sunday to steam clean my whole house at a very reasonable rate when everyone else let me down.
Needless to say, but R&R Steam Clean is my new regular carpet cleaner now.

Let me start by saying R&R Steam Cleaning did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet! My poor pup — as house broken as he is — had a few accidents in the home after suffering a series of seizures. (He’s much better now, thanks for asking.) The fellas at R&R were able to get out the stains, the smell, the dirt, the dust, the dog hair — the carpet looked and smelled great. Plus, they did it in record time.
The *only* issue I had with the company was trying to schedule my appointment. I left a few messages on the machine before anyone ever got back to me days later. I emailed them as well. And even after that, we were playing phone tag with each other until *finally* I was able to talk to someone over the phone — that took almost a week. My guess is that they are incredibly small staffed, and with the Groupon deal that went out, they were overwhelmed. Hopefully in the future they’ll get their calls routed over to a cell phone — at least during regular business hours — and especially since they claim to handle 24 hour emergencies.
