I get my massages done by Chandra at this salon. She is fabulous and has a very good understanding of physiology, which make her massages phenomenal. I decided to try out the hair part of salon today after my massage. Wow… I received a wonderful eyebrow threading, haircut and coloring by Marci. I am getting married in 5 weeks and wanted a natural look. I couldn’t believe how great I looked afterwards. Marci did such a fabulous job! She listened to me and gave me a look that I am very please with. Marci and Chandra are wonderful. You won’t be disappointed.

I love getting my massages here with Chandra. She is an amazing masseuse. She is able to get the knots out without leaving me in pain the next day. I highly recommend massages with Chandra at Posh!

I went to Posh based on great reviews on Unilocal.I made an appointment for brushed in or bayalage highlights (I wasn’t certain what to call what I wanted, but I had several photos for reference) a haircut and a keratin treatment. When I arrived the salon was extremely clean, stylish and products were neatly displayed. The girl at the front, who would also end up being my stylist was nice. I’m not certain if she was new or not, but when I asked for a glass of wine (which they do offer as a beverage) she seemed surprised and wasn’t sure where the wine was kept or if they had any. No big deal, she found the wine and we sat down to consult before she began. I showed her 3 photos of brunettes with sparsely placed highlights (I am… or was brunette). She told me it was baylage highlights that I wanted and really looked over the photos. I showed her photos of how I wanted my haircut (with photos), just about 2 inches off the bottom. Before we began I asked what the cost would be so I would know from the start. My stylist and another stylist there were both very unsure of pricing as they looked it up on the front desk computer. They didn’t know because the manager was out sick. I thought this was very unprofessional for a salon this nice. I expect prices to be something you have memorized and can tell me immediately based on my consult. As she brushed in my highlights I kept asking if she was leaving enough brown because I wanted a natural look. She said yes. Then she cut it and performed the keratin treatment to the ends. When it was done I had straight dirty blonde hair, dark roots and my hair felt very damaged. I made the mistake of saying it was ok, I paid 170.00 and a 20.00 tip. I went home and realized my haircut was completely uneven and my hair looked nothing like the photos. I called back the very next day to tell them I was not happy and needed it fixed. They said ok and scheduled me for the next week. I stewed over the weekend and became increasingly upset that I paid such high prices for such horrible hair. I called that Tuesday and spoke with the manager and said I wanted to come in and have another stylist fix my hair. The manager was very nice and said she was glad I called and to come back in. So I did. The stylist who «fixed» my hair didn’t seem too alarmed at the one inch tufts sticking out from my haircut on both sides, and she seemed very annoyed she was doing my hair. I also showed her the photo I showed the first stylist of what I wanted. My hair was blonde, the woman in the photo had brown hair. The stylist looked at me and said, «its because your hair is straight and hers is curled, thats why you think it looks different» I sat there blankly. My hair was clearly completely different and wrong compared to the photo. I knew she wanted nothing to do with my from that moment on. I was uncomfortable. When she completed putting more brown in my hair and she washed it, she sat me in her chair and my hair was dripping wet still, she looked at me and said, «ok so do you want to just leave it like this?» She was ready to get me out the door. This made me very upset as you know you can’t tell what your color looks like when your head is sopping wet. I told her to dry it and she did. It was moderately better. I tipped her 20.00 because I know she was not getting paid to fix my hair and so I was trying to be nice. I have never had this kind of experience. I moved from Austin and paid 200.00 for my hair there and it was a very nice salon so I expected to pay that much, I also had excellent service and the best hair I could ask for. I would never return to Posh. I find them to be unprofessional and was very disappointed at the skill set. I could understand if I went to a super cuts and asked for bayalage highlights and cut, but I didn’t, I went to a high class salon for a reason and I got horrible results. While this is not a representation of all stylists at this salon, based on my horrible outcomes, twice, I can not recommend this salon ever. All stylists should know the pricing, they should also be ready to offer any beverage from your selection, they should be able to look at photos when provided and deliver a comparable result and a haircut for 60.00 should NEVER have sections that are 1 inch longer. And if you are willing to color correct a patrons hair, you should always be willing to send them out the door with dry hair so that they can see the color and so that you can examine it as well. $ 200.00 down the drain in my opinion

Before seeing Kelly, I had never been 100% satisfied with a haircut from anywhere. Now I can go in for an appointment, sit back and relax, and know that everything will be perfect at the end. I can’t recommend Kelly enough!

I had highlights and a cut with Jenny. She was great. She took a lot of time and price is reasonable. I am now a new blonde and love it. I’ll be back.

Marci is Amazing! It is almost impossible to find a stylist that actually listens to you. She takes the time to examine your hairs condition and offer honest and helpful suggestions. I’m not one to do reviews. However I know how difficult it is to find a stylist you can trust.
I have been driving over 20 miles for the last 5+ years to go to a stylist and paying $ 85 a cut. For the last few months I’ve been searching for a salon in Cinco Ranch. On a whim I called Posh after driving by and noticing it next to the Empanada House on Mason road. The salon has only been open a few weeks. I was informed that they were offering a grand opening special of 50% off one service on your first visit. I nervously scheduled an appointment for a haircut. All of that worry was for nothing. My hair looks and feels amazing. After the appointment I went home. My daughter was so impressed with my new haircut she scheduled an appointment for the same day. Yes, she was absolutely thrilled with her cut too.
I am so happy to have a wonderful new stylist that is $ 20 less a cut and 20 miles closer. Do yourself a favor schedule an appointment now. This lady is going to be busy. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment.
