Popeyes Chicken & Biscuits

Expect your order to be wrong and take forever to get. But at least the food is good when you get it.. .for whatever that’s worth lol

If I could give this place half a star or no stars I would. I can’t stand it when people at the front counter are rude and nasty. They are the front and foremost people your customers are talking too. I went in to buy chicken today and had two people’s orders with me. The man at the counter Tristan just assumed I was going to be paying half on the card and half with cash. He was rude and unprofessional, he would not give me the opportunity to talk and explain what I was trying to do. Instead he dismissed me and called up the next customer. I asked to speak to the manager he refused the name. Finally I got a hold of the Manager Ashley and she was very poliet. Needless to say this is a popeyes I will not be coming back to. I can’t seem to find any other location with any better attitudes. Popeyes really doesn’t seem to care about their customer service. That’s really bad considering I really like their food. Let’s add more fuel to this fire by saying that the food tastes hours old and the store itself could use some hands to clean it. I have never been to a popeyes that was so sorely in need of help. I can say that this store especially with the lack of customer service needs so serious help. Help them popeyes. They are a bad example to your business.

Best example of everything wrong with fast food restaurants — poor food and poor service.

Horrible food and nasty customer service.
Cold greasy chicken and mash potatoes that were like water with salt added.
This was a drive threw order that I had planned to eat at work on my lunch break.
I’m sure you can imagine how bad it sux to work without food.

I have been here on several occasions giving this location the benefit of a doubt. They never have the supplies are food to do business. Today, I go through the drive thru and ask for a 12pc mild no breasts. Her response… let me see if we can make it that way. my response … Then I was asked what would you like instead of breasts… Let me see maybe 4 wings, 4 thighs, and 4 legs.smh. I get to the window and was told it will be 9 minutes they do not have enough mild to make a 12pc… why is that being you have been open almost an hour and a half??? After waiting more like 20 minutes the mgr brings the food out and says the chicken is hot and apologizes for the wait. Needless to say I get home I have cold legs, wings, and thighs and a box full of hot breasts. If I wasn’t tired I would drive back up there. I’m done… Will take my business elsewhere. The chicken is over priced as it is and then to get home and have my order not be correct… TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!

I love me some popeye’s, but I must say this particular location sucks. They do not have their stuff together. It’s total chaos inside. They do not have the orders down and it takes FOREVER to get your food. On two piece tuesdays you gotta come prepared.

Seriously?! Every time I have been here it has taken FOREVER to get through the drive thru. I just waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order after they asked me to hold. I finally drive off. Last time I was there for 36 minutes. And the line was short.

TERRIBLE service! Talked over and rushed through my order at the drive-​thru, not given correct change and was owed a dollar, got spicy instead of mild chicken fingers on my daughters kids meal and they completely forgot the drink. NEVER going back and will drive all the way to I-​10 for better service next time.

Perfect service today, love the Hispanic manager and the team greeted me as I entered with, «Welcome to Popeye’s». I purchased 5 of the two piece specials and some biscuits, thanks for being so well prepared and ready to serve.

I’ve always loved that chicken from Popeyes! The food is always fresh and delicious!
Unfortunately having said that, this location is in desperate need of a new manager! The current manager, Robin is sooo lazy, and has a nasty «I hate my job» attitude. I go to this place a few times a week (only because it’s convenient) and I’ve never not seen her on the phone or sitting in the back office doing absolutely nothing at all while the front area is packed out and in desperate need of another set of hands! The one of two times I have seen her up front she’s usually yelling or speaking to the employees in a very condescending manner… Not professional at all! There’s got to be a manager who is welcoming with a warm smile and most importantly willing to work! Stay away from here on Tuesdays they have a leg & thigh special for $.99 which is a great deal but, with that you can expect to wait upwards of 30 or so minutes.

Wtf. No up selling always rushing you through your order. I apologize that there is 1 car in front of me and no customers in the store I like Popeyes chicken but honestly the service on April 23 2013 at 915pm was pathetic Sickening how people talk and present themselves I am extremely dissatisfied with this place after this experience.

This location does not pride itself in correct orders. I would say that at 65% of the time the order is correct. Last time I checked, that’s a D or failing altogether. I wish they would get their act together.

The food is what you would expect it to be, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. Plan on waiting a little longer to get your food. If you’re in the drive-thru…get ready to park and go in. They almost always forget something. Ordering inside isn’t any different.

This was an okay example of the chain. They didn’t do anything spectacular or awful. They did have us move up to have order delivered, presumably to shave time off their order clock. The food was good though. The sweet tea is really sweet.

If I could give less I would! This location needs new management. They are ALWAYS out of at least one item I order and usually multiple but they don’t tell you until they have already taken your money. It’s just terrible. Don’t come here if you can avoid it. This is my last trip

They’re pretty slow. I came in when it was empty and ordered a po boy. Took like 20 mins.

Slow service, rude workers, and the chicken is often over cooked or tastes like its been cooked in old grease. I do my best to avoid this location unless I want just a side of red beans and rice

Due to a little adjustment in my daily food intake i haven’t had the wonderful opportunity to indulge in some popeyes chicken. Ok if youre a chicken lover I know there are some little spots in various areas that can really throw down some real good bird but I’m a guy that appreciate businesses that remain consistent in their food quality and service for years. To satisfy my taste buds, I stopped one Tuesday to purchase the 2 piece $ 1.99 special. Come on, now!!! You know you can hardly buy anything for 2 bucks anymore. I must say, even though the drive through had a long line and there were folk lined on the inside, the service was pretty good. The chicken was also pretty good.

Just your average Popeye’s Chicken. I normally judge this restaurant by how quickly they are able to move people out of their drive thru line on the Tuesday $ 0.99 2 peice special. This place is kind of slow in that department. Normally friendly staff none the less.
