I need a Royal Enfield restored. Several thousand dollar build as it was almost totaled. Tried calling the service dept to line up an appointment for drop-off. Kept getting put on hold while no one ever picked up. I was going to, hopefully, depend on these peeps for regular service, tires, ect for my bike. Apparently, they do not want my service. I have also visited this place in person. The service dept was just standing around, and one of the techs looked like he was drooling on himself. They all acted like they couldn’t be bothered with me. At that point, I gave up completely. When I walked out, they lost a lot of money. I doubt they care though. Sad.

After checking the entire Western side of the USA for a used Victory Cross Country I found exactly what I was looking for at Polaris West. Unfortunately It’s almost 1900 miles from my home. It was such a good deal I contacted them and talked with Richard. I saved $ 3k over similarly priced Victory XC in California. He walked me thru the whole process start to finish which took 2 weeks. It was a pleasure working with Polaris West and worth the $ 575 shipping cost to get the bike I’ve searched for.

After trying to buy a Triumph Rocket from a south Houston dealer and getting no where, called Richard at Polaris West and he got us our bike within 1 week! That was a few years ago and now we drive from Louisiana JUST to have our bike serviced here, that speaks VOLUMES! We have always been treated like family here! When we buy our 2nd bike it will be another Triumph from here.

Went here to check out a Royal Enfield. After walking in the shopkeepers basically ignored us… I had to ask them«do y’all work here»? After coming over and blandly explaining the bike to us… they got a F for customer service(or lack of it) and they lost out on a sale… I told the hubby I’d rather travel to San Antonio to get one!
