It was a pleasure working with Blake and having him help me find a home. He has been in real estate for a long time and actually uses his experience to help me analyze properties I was interested in. He runs comparables in the neighborhood and helped me calculate the value of the home using different methods.
He also helped protect me during the bidding process by adding clauses in the offer contract that allowed me to pull out last minute if I had second thoughts on the property.
