Horrible experience. Got charged for a haircut when i didnt ask for one. Then left with a drenched back from the stylist… aka pari the owner… rinsing my hair. And felt i was over charged for services and left feeling humiliated. Dont recommend going here. This was my first experience.

$ 360 dollars. Highlights, very minimal cut, and regular styling, and a few hair products I could have purchased on Amazon a whole lot cheaper. Initially I was impressed, I mean she worked for Visible Changes. But what woman isn’t happy leaving the salon and her hair is styled to perfection. After 2 weeks my hair feels so fragile, I’m afraid she did more harm than good. Too note, I am a regular at Visible Changes in The Woodlands, but decided to go locally here to this place right down the road. Insane, that she knowingly charged that ridiculous price. Now my hair feels dry, split, as if she missed a step of the process on my hair. Next time, go with your gut, and to your trusted hairstylist. And I know I could have paid a lot less at VC, so my advise is to ask what will be the price range. My husband paid and even he knows something was not right about this business. #Lessonlearnedfolks

I came here because my stylist of four years was on leave and stayed because I love it even though it is more expensive. The salon is beautiful and well run. I have regular facials here and always get compliments on my complexion. Pari does my hair, color and lip wax and it always looks polished and professional.

My daughter came to this Spa for makeup in November 2014. A few days ago the owner emailed me asking me to come back and refer friends. It was for Senior Serve and she wanted everything perfect. When she sat in the chair she was met with a man dressed as a woman who cussed. She brought a friend with her and griped the whole time that she didn’t want to work. SHE SWEAT ON HER! Yes drops of sweat on my child. My daughter felt nauseous. And the makeup was so horrible that she had to wash her face when she got home. Complete waste of money.
I tried contacting them earlier. Then life got busy and no need for professional makeup. Then I get an email advertising their services. Buyer beware. I’m not the only one star review. Read the others.
5÷14÷15 — WATCH OUT PEOPLE… The owner keeps editing her comment on my review. It is lies. My daughter is old enough to drive herself. I did not drop her off and pick her up. Look at the other reviewers. I am not the only one that has experienced problems all around with this business. They are way too expensive for the poor services they provide. Just save yourself and skip it all together.

A short and sweet review — just stay away. Horrific makeup artist that made me feel very awkward. There’s too many amazing, affordable MUA/​hairstylist to put yourself in the hands of subpar service and work.

I scheduled a bikini wax, this was about a year ago. They told me they had a lady who was very experienced. I was hesitant BC I had been going to the same lady in the galleria for 8 years, but with babies this was too far now. Needless to say, they were super nice. Very sweet. They ran over 30 minutes late and the service was traumatizing. I wanted to forget about it… but honestly, they deserve this review as they were deceptive, mis lead me, and had a non professional and inexperienced person conduct the service. Terrible at best. Do not go!

So, I booked my appointment before reading the reviews and comments so I was understandably nervous.
Atmosphere is very relaxing and nice, everything seemed to be in good shape. The staff was very friendly and talked with everyone who came in.
I was going on for a correction and came out with a totally new, better, younger look, and I won’t hesitate at all to say that it’s the best cut and color I’ve ever had! Claudia understood exactly what I was going for, and then perfected it!
After all the tears from my last appointment at another salon, this was AWESOME!

Terrible place. I’m never going back. I had my hair done by the owner Pari expecting excellent results, but instead it was the worse experience I’ve ever had in any salon, no exaggeration.
I went in to get my roots done. First, she colored my hair too dark. Then she charged me to fix that mistake (when I questioned it, she said you have to bleach virgin roots to achieve a caramel brown). Lies, I had my hair done many times and yes I had to bleach hair that was colored dark or if I wanted blonde, but never virgin roots to a caramel brown. The truth is that she f***ed up when she colored my roots too dark and that’s why she had to bleach it and I had to pay for her mistake. How unethical.
Next, because she dyed my roots a darker brown from the rest of my hair, it took 2 attempts for the bleach to lift the dark color from my roots. As a result of that, she burned my scalp and I now have scabs all along my hair line and all around the sides of my scalp above my ears. I left with my scalp feeling numb because of all the chemicals she used.
When I got home I noticed a leopard like spot on the side of my head and in the light, my hair is a reddish color. Not a golden caramel brown. Of course I wouldn’t notice this. The salon is very dim with restaurant type lighting. At first I liked it because it was comforting, but now I see why it’s dim. It helps disguise mistakes. Now, I have to find another salon and pay more money to correct the color and fix the spot because I’d rather not go back and risk her f***ing up my hair more and then charging me.
So to sum this up. I came in to get my roots touched up to match my golden brown hair. The appointment should have been 1 hour max. 3 hours later, I left with a burned scalp that was numb. $ 110 out of my pocket (when I was originally quoted $ 60-​$ 70 and told I won’t spend more than $ 70 for sure) and a darker reddish color with a light brown spot on one side. I understand I can’t expect perfection, but I can’t understand why I had to pay for her mistake. I should have only had to pay what I was originally quoted.
Listen, if you’re trying to color your hair you should find another place. There are tons of salons in the area to choose from. Get a referral and don’t be stupid like me and take a chance on a random place.
I really wanted to like this place because it’s so close to me and the salon was very comforting with the dim lighting and nice décor. BUT, unfortunately I feel completely opposite and my experience was FAIL! :(
