I’ve gone here handful of times every time drive-through evening, at least four times the first thing they say is we’re close soon and we don’t have all items on our menu. If It was a couple minutes till closing id understand but every single time it’s been anywhere from 45 minutes to 90 minutes before closing. I suspect that if there is a manager that person is either a teenager or not there. Among other items, they didn’t have white rice, that’s essentially bread in a sandwich shop. All they have to do is put in steamer and start. Must be mind blowing for those crackerjacks.

The food here is disgusting. I got chow mein and asked him to stir up the pot because it didn’t look good — sure enough it’s hard and cold like it needed to boil longer. My drink was HOT& there was only one guy running the register and the line and possibly the drive through. The only good thing about this visit was that I got fresh broccoli beef

I’ve been here a few times, drive thru only, and they have always been nice. Today, the person taking the orders at the drive thru was very rude. She kept cutting me off when I was asking questions. Her name is Mary. So Mary, please remember when speaking to customers, just try to be nice. Even if you’re having a terrible day. I work in a customer service driven business and you have to be nice to all of your customers, even if they aren’t nice to you.

So I stopped to dine in, something I rarely do at a fast food joint. It was raining and I thought what the heck. The dining room wasn’t exactly the cleanest, however after ordering I did see one of the employees cleaning. About half the trays were empty, on the upside I walked in when a hot new tray of rice was coming out! Thank you for giving me fresh tice instead of the dried up one! The food quality is pretty mediocre but its expected. The associate helping me was very kind and put my food in a to go container even though I was dining it. Loved that. I won’t say that I’m a fan of the price. For the quality and quantity, I can get the same at the mall and pay less.

Great customer service Orlando!!! Not a fan of the food but my wife wanted it so we stopped by on the way back to San Antonio and this young man was very helpful and seemed to take pride in his job. Keep up the good work!

Stopped in on Sunday around lunch time and half of the trays were empty. They did make a new batch of chow mein instead of serving us the last tiny bit stuck to the bottom of the tray. I always get the orange chicken and there was a½ tray of that but it turned out to be just warm, don’t know how long it had been sitting. For the second entrée I asked if they could make some of the sweet fire chicken, they did but weren’t really happy. It turned out to be very good. The restaurant was clean. The employees did their job but weren’t very friendly. A pretty unhappy place. I do like panda express every once in a while but think I will be going to a different location in the future.

Imagine the S Mason/Kingsland intersection in 5pm rush hour traffic. Every restaurant in the area is full of cars in the drive thru, waiting their turn. Completely distracted, I fail to notice Panda Express doesn’t have a line in the drive thru or in the reg. parking lot. This should have been my clue. Food is pretty bad. Ordered the broccoli beef and orange chicken bowls, yuck! Chinese food in the North Pole is more authentic than the fare served at this PE. I ended up sharing the food w/my doggies. PE gets one star b/c the drive thru attendant was polite and could ENUNCIATE. Zero stars for the food. Yes, it is cheap, but skip this one and go to Subway.

Very poor customer service. The food is actually terrific, however the customer service at this location is lack luster 2 years ago in side the restaurant and waited over 15 minutes –while the two customers in front of me took taste tests over and over, the server flirted with these men and took her time. I left, ignored the entire time not sure any one noticed I was there waiting. Usually we drive to a location else where if we want Panda Express But, 2 months ago I stopped in again to give it try– the owners of Panda Express were holding a corporate meeting in side the store, they were gracious and thanked me for coming to the store staff was extremely excited and the service was great that day. The other day I stopped in the store, it was empty inside the manger greeted me and went straight to the the take out window to work, a clerk behind him walked over to the counter with a sullen puss on her face, I order and noticed she just slopped my order into a take out box, only looked at me to tell me each item was $ 1.00 extra— I said OK. She closed the box, didnt ask if I wanted anything else brought the box to register and bagged it– agian didnt ask if I wanted a beverage– sauces– nothing. then with the box in the bag behind the counter she just walked away. She didn’t close the sale, didn’t take money just walked over to the take out window to join the manager and she put on a head set. The manger was still talking to the people in the take out area– no food was getting boxed– and there I stood my order in a bag behind the counter ignored. I waited to catch there attention the young woman leaned against the wall near the take out window with her back to me– the manager still talking I assume on his blue tooth. The cook shrugged his shoulders when I asked him to get one of them– OK a good 5– 10 minutes my order is in a bag, no take orders were getting boxed ??? Whats going on here? The cook looked at me and shrugged his shoulders — as I said out loud«hello I am still waiting can I check out my order please«- nothing– its the twilight zone in this store — so then decided to leave. I can only suppose the manager told this young woman to begin working at the drive thru window– and clearly she does not like her job, but come on close the sale in front of you and allow the customer to go on their way. Sad state of affairs. A bird in the hand is worth more than two in the bush– isn’t the customer in the store as important as the posssible drive through customer?
