I came in with a fever, sore throat, and vomiting as soon as they opened on Sunday morning. Front office staff was interesting, but helpful. I filled out paperwork and got checked in immediately. A nurse checked my vitals and walked me to a private room. After an HOURAND A HALF of waiting, the man from the front came in kindly saying we are doing a strep test and a flu test, asked if I’d ever had them done before then put the cotton swab down my throat, the other one up my nose and walked out. Another ten minutes passed and the doctor came in, asked a lot of questions, jot down some notes, did a pretty thorough check of symptoms, said the strep and flu came back negative and was going to prescribe antibiotics just in case. The experience as a whole was okay, but the wait time was unacceptable. Probably will not be returning.

I booked my appointment online, very simple process. When I arrived I waited only long enough to fill out paperwork and pay co-pay. The staff was friendly, the facility was very clean. The NP, Patricia, was very pleasant and thorough. The only negative was a $ 75 co-pay but that’s not their fault. For some reason, I don’t pay that at Walgreens clinic, something I’ll need to check into.

They don’t give anything stronger than Naproxen. I went there with severe back pain. They did not take my Aetna Advantage Medicare, so I paid full price(around $ 150) to be told they could give me prescription Aleve. The physicians assistant said she had told the receptionist to tell me about this prior to my paying, but I was not told. Not happy.

Great staff! No wait time. Physician demonstrated great bedside manner, professional, made me feel very comfortable, and very kind. Would definitely go here again should I need to. The only thing is that it is a little pricey even with health insurance $ 75 for my visit, but for an urgent matter, it’s completely worth it.
