They messed up my order everytime. One time they forgot the sandwich and fries. Just handed me the bag only. Customer service SUCKS like they don’t want to be there. They choose the job to work for so why do customers have to get the shitty emotions. Today I got the steak bagel(all time favorite meal on mcdonalds meal) but it was in Ina biscuit. The standard sandwich comes on a bagel. I know every employee knows that so I don’t know what happen but I went back inside and manager yelling jokingly guys get the pay attention to the meals you guys are giving out and employees giggled about it. Like my it not of a concern to them. Total disrespect

Typically when coming to McDonald’s aka my coffee spot, all I get is coffee and maybe a breakfast burrito for my son because he loves them. So, with that in mind you know that I do not like McDonald’s food and I don’t really like giving just anything that they sell to my kids. Actually, I just give my older son a burrito for breakfast and I may just stop completely now. My review is recent, but it’s not the first time this happened to me, and frankly it’s quite disgusting even to think about it. So yea… Let’s get started shall we? I get a large iced coffee like maybe every other day from McDonald’s. Used to, actually. You would think that you can’t really go wrong with coffee. As I drank my coffee which was reasonably priced and perfectly made, I felt something solid and crisp in my mouth. Which was most certainly not a tiny chunk of ice. Dismissed it, telling myself that it’s got to be ice. It’s a coffee. NO. Actually I sipped again and felt that same sensation AGAIN. What the heck? Ew! It was a piece of yellow specimen, who knows what it was but it looked like a bitten corn nut… Like the corn snacks you buy that are salty and crunchy. Yuckkkk!!! So I threw out my coffee and went on my way. Disgusted because I drank the entire thing before realizing that there was a corn nut specimen in my drink. Whatever, I went to a different location over by chillies off mason and i10. THESAMETHINGWASINTHEICEDCOFFEEAT A DIFFERENTLOCATION. The same corn nut specimen. Thinking if I go to another location I would have a different experience, nope same thing! PLEASEMCDONALDS, clean your ice machine and make sure the things you sell are safe enough to sell to your customers. *but than again, that’s like talking to a rock! YUCK! Never go to these locations for coffee or anything!

Literally worst experience at a fast food place. We got to the window and 3 employees were just standing there and then walked off didn’t greet us or anything. One came over after I kept looking over and said sorry what was your order. Really? We were the only ones in the drive thru. Then he said did he not give you your drink. Uh no you all walked off. And then we sat there and waited longer than we should have while he went back to the group of now 4 – 5 employees just standing there doing nothing talking. We just left. It’s pretty ridiculous how your employees act. You also should hire new managers considering one was with the group of people just standing around drinking and talking in front of customers who haven’t been taken care of.

Look. I know no one reads McDonald’s reviews on Unilocal.There’s kind of a «you get what you pay for» attitude about the now quasi slum fast food joint. This location, however, provides me with chronic customer service issues. Several times I have order my go to soft drink and upon reaching the service window after paying, they tell me they are out of it. When this happens they offer me another beverage, but are reluctant to just give me the refund I want because they will«have to go get the manager.» Who is running this place… who owns this location? Where is the pride in customer service?

I had a horrible experience at this location. The lady was rude as hell. I ask for a 20 pieces nuggets with is only $ 5 but she was changing $ 6 something and so i was 20cents short so i had to only get 10 nuggets. So she cheated me out of 10 nuggets. I paid $ 5.19 for then when i should of paid almost that for 20. I will never be returning here. And the inside is so disgusting. And I saw a worker Touch their mouth and returned to work with out washing their hands. So disgusting!

The crew members try and trick you and steal your change they look like they profile you to see if they can figure out if your a total Moran to keep all ur money! Went in there with a $ 20 got a $ 5 item and the they tried to keep my change the second time this crap happen!!! The lady at the front profiled me thought I was slow but she had it all backwards looking like she needs updating her gym membership! She looked slow and sluggish!!!

This McDonald’s is the best!!! Have the best employees I been coming here for the past 8 years and they have the best attitude even on my rough days when I am feisty. The manager Michelle is really nice with kids she makes my son happy every time we comes. She always greet the customers as they come in. Also Kristen is always nice every time we come. Went here to place an order for the Beginner’s Choir Festival participants, from Johnston Middle School. We actually went this Tuesday April 8,2014. We had at least 100 orders! They were so welcoming and patient with us! They did NOT… I repeat DIDNOT mess up on ANY of the Student’s Orders! That is amazing… This location has a very diverse management and crew… I loved everyone!

You won’t normally catch me reviewing a McD’s but some of the staff at this one are among the nicest. I’ve gone here on my lunch break a few times, stopped in the morning in the drive thru and they are super friendly! Most of the mgrs are nice, you’re greeted when u walk in. I’ve even had one of the mgrs check on me while I was seated as well as a member of the staff that walks around cleaning. The last time I went in, looked like a younger guy and small, young lady were manning the restaurant and everybody looked like chickens with their heads cut off. I waited a good 5 minutes to order! idk where my regulars went but I need them to give those other two some lessons.
