Luxe Nails Spa

The pedicure was great, despite a few smudged nails since I had no assistance putting my nails back on.
But the manicure? Wretched. I took in a picture of nude to black ombré nails. They said they could do it. What I received was half black, half nude nails. After a two hour (probably the longest I’ve ever been in a salon) service, I had cut cuticles, black powder residue on my fingers and nails that looked NOTHING like my photo. I got $ 10 off the service and the ugliest nails I’ve seen in my life to have while I celebrate my birthday.

Luxe is a small nail parlor right by HEB off of fry road in Katy Tx. It’s a nice little spot. I went there for my birthday and was treated like royalty but then there were some discrepancies about the price. I was told $ 55 by the nail tech but at the check out it was $ 85 I asked what was that price for? It couldn’t be explained well. I called the guy up that told me $ 55 his response was «she’s the owner she’s the boss she said its $ 85.» In a pissed off tone. I expressed to him that paying the money was no problem but the discrepancy in price makes me feel like I’m being takin advantage of. He apologized and told me to come back and he’d give me a free pedicure I said ok.
After a couple of weeks I came in and brought my daughter with me she got a mani pedi and I got my free pedicure and a fill in on my nails. I was told for my daughter it was $ 35 my refill it was $ 18 and for my pedicure it was $ 35 I explained how her son told me it would be free on my next visit even showed her the card he wrote it on again it was more confusion and lack of communication obviously. I went ahead and paid but let them know that I wouldn’t be back. There’s no prices advertised so prices seem to go up with different customers. I’m not bashing the place I just feel like I’m a good person and I pay for what I get I don’t like to feel takin advantage of. I will say my first nail spa experience was relaxing and I loved being catered too.

I have been coming to Luxe Nails for almost a year now and I just LOVE it! After moving to the area mid 2014, and trying about 10 different places, this one is DEFINITELY THE BEST! I recently went in and had to wait a bit and because I was impatient, I left and went to another place nearby. BIG mistake! I will NEVER do that again. Go in and if you have to wait a bit its TOTALLY worth it!

I’ve been searching for a salon that would do a certain design, I showed them the picture and they knew exactly how I wanted it. Best nail shop/​salon I have found yet!!! Very friendly and felt at home, and prices are great! Never going anywhere else but here!!! Thank you LUXE nails for an amazing job!!!

Vee did a great job on a shellac French tip mani for me! She did many layers so they would last longer and gave a smooth finish. Also with the shellac they included a short shoulder massage and hand massage. Used clean tools and even do 10% student discounts! I’ll be back!

This is not my normal salon, I live in the woodlands and this was a great place to find! If you are ever in Katy this is the place to go!
I got a mani & pedi and both were amazing. I usually get shellac, but this time I did regular nail polish and my nails DID NOT chip for two whole weeks! Great staff, products & work. All extremely reasonable prices.

The furniture and décor is gorgeous. They have a variety of scrubs and lotions to choose from. The workers are very nice and do a great job.
