Went to Dr Kendall as my new primary care doctor. Just setting up an appointment and asking very basic administrative(not medical) questions to the desk staff was a very painful experience. They treated me like an idiot from the start and refused to give me any information at all until my insurance was processed. After filling out the standard 20 minutes worth of paperwork, the desk staff told me that my insurance could not verify Dr Kendall as my primary provider, and told me that they would not see me. No option to pay out of pocket, no option for me to talk to the insurance company and resolve the situation, no options at all. Due to the complete unprofessional attitude of the staff, I will not be giving this office my business. It is unfortunate that so many good doctors allow there practices to be tarnished due to staff that doesn’t care about their jobs. This is the case with this doctor. I highly recommend any others in need of medical care to go elsewhere, dealing with this staff is not worth your time and effort.

I was searching for a primary care practitioner so I decided to give Dr. Kendall a try since he’s pretty close to my house. I was pretty dissapointed. Even after having an appointment, I was in the waiting room at least 30 minutes beyond my appointment time. Then, when I actually got into an exam room, it was another 30 minutes wait. Finally, Dr. Kendall came in, talked to me for about 5 minutes, and basically agreed to what I said I thought I had without even examining me, and then left. He signed me up to do some quick annual check up blood tests. A week after the blood test was done, I still have not had any notification of my results. I called the office and they just told me everything over the phone without verifying myself. And, they didn’t even offer to send me a copy of the results! Said I had to come by the office to get the results, and so one day after work I came by, and they finally truly consulted me on my blood work results. I know that I’m searching for a new primary care doctor the next time I make an appointment.
