Tried to send over new patient forms and their front office staff is absolutely uncooperative and rude, unprofessional, on hold forever then a crappy attitude, then blind transferred to someone else, geez all I wanted to do is fax or email over my completed forms… I decided if it’s this bad over the phone, I’ll save myself the aggravation and hassle and just find another doctor, not worth continued headache to put up with poor service that I WOULD BE PAYING FOR! My advice is to go anywhere else… again, this is my review of the Front office, not the doctors, but frankly it doesn’t matter how good the doctors are when the office staff stinks! Would make life a living hell — no thanks.
