Excellent personal customer service from Chad. He just knew what to do and recommended the right equipment for the kids to have fun. He uses his personal experience as a father to make his customer’s kids have great fun.
Equipment was very clean and highly sanitized. Like no dirt whatsoever.
Will be using them again if I get good discounts next time.

Rented a wet slide bounce house with the snow cone machine for my daughter’s party and it was a hit. The company placed an emphasis on the multi-​step cleaning process that each unit endures after it is used. Another plus, we got 5 tasty flavors that I picked from a long list of choices for the snow cone machine (Tiger’s Blood!) we also got to keep the bouncer overnight as a courtesy from the owner. My kids thought it was Christmas morning when they woke up and got to play with it the next day! Lastly, I really like that this company gives all churches, schools and other non-​profits a 50% discount for any rental. I will be telling everyone about Jump N Joy.

Great customer service. Rented bounce house and snow cone machine. Customer service was great. We got 5 flavors for snow cones. Everything came on time before the party started. Plus we got to keep both items for the night until the next morning. Huge plus for the «big kids!» Will definitely use them again for future parties.
