My fiancée and I were doing a cross-​country move and were driving by Igloo’s World Galactic Headquarters so we decided to stop back by. It was before the Memorial Day weekend. The staff were very helpful, in particular Andy Salinas. I had some questions about roto-​molded extreme-​duty Sportsman series. I was thinking about buying a boat and a Yeti 110 but thanks to Andy’s help, we bought the 70 quart white Sportsman model instead!
Now we can truly grillax & chillax.

no wonder igloo got an f rating from bbb… multiple consumers complaints about products and 100% lack of customer service… igloo wont even respond… dont buy igloo products… management has zero integrity… i bought an igloo kegerator… multiple missing parts… igloo blames factory and says «we only put our name on the product, we dont make it and we dont care»…no help, no response, no integrity. dont buy igloo products… see also rip off report

Stopped in to check out the blowout sale. I was hoping to see more items on sale. Customer service was great. A little hard to maneuver the huge bin carts through the aisles.

A neat little store, with a decent selection, which was comparable in price to a Marshall’s. Cheaper than retail, but not exactly dirt cheap. They’re open 8 – 12, and then 1 – 5, on weekdays.
