The office is beautiful, I’ll give them that. But the ladies that answer the phone do not know how to answer any questions at ALL. My problem is this, Dr Hollenberg has HORRIBLE bedside manners. What bothered me most is that during procedure that totaled almost 1 thousand dollars, he suggested hardware for my 7 year old. He insisted that my child’s tooth would not move on its own although the tooth had just recently fallen. I went with it, allowed him to take an impression of my child’s mouth and accepted their schedule for placement 8WEEKS later. 4 – 5 weeks afterwards I realized the tooth was moving! So as expected, I called the office and told them I did not want the appliance, to please cancel and stop the drafts of $ 795. They gave me the run around but I stood my ground. THEN they stated that the DR was requesting pictures of my child’s mouth. To squash this situation, I texted him a photo however he began to ask for more photos and go on about other reasons. In the end he agreed to refund my money(ONLY2⁄3OFIT) because I refused to argue or provide further photos when the 1st picture sufficiently proved my point. However at this point, he stated he was stopping the patient/DR relationship!!! What would you think about that? — I surely shared my point of view with his office. In my opinion, that only means that he’s purposefully recommending work on children FORTHEMONEY. NOTFORNECESSITY!

I was taking my toddler here but this place is more of a place where the dentists try and see how many patients they can see in a day. Your in and out, which is sometimes good but every time I go I feel rushed and pushed out of the door. I’ve tried both dentist and they were both the same. Neither of them took the time to «act» like they cared about the patients. It’s open your mouth, check the teeth, and get out. See you in 6 months! And your in a tiny room with 4 ppl. I will not be going back, there are too many dentist out here now not to be getting good service. Not a family friendly place! I am only giving a star because I have too!

This guy really has a high opinion of himself. And it got him through dental school and residency, enabling set up of a small business. I’m surprised he did ‘training’ at the Medical Center. He has little understanding of the advanced treatment issues of children with disabilities — or how to successfully develop an effective oral hygiene plan with their family. It comes down to a ‘personal lecture of ‘not trying hard enough’. The dentist does not understand motor-cordination issues or medicine interactions with teeth This is really outdated and dangerous. It impacts a child’s oral health and overall health. Families would be better off spending a little more money with another practitioner – especially since there are many more now in residence around town.
