Just started so will update my review later, but so far very friendly trainers and great facilities.

Ok i don’t know what these other guys are talking about. I’ve been with GBK for over 5 years and they are the premier facility and staff anywhere close. Not only do you have great black belt Professor’s here, they are tied into the jiu jitsu community a great deal.
ANYTHING YOU NEED… THIS SCHOOL DOES ALL IT CAN TO HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS!!!
Full Olympic gym… better equipment than most of the out the box gyms.
A fully functioning cage for MMA training.
Black Belts with real world training experience.
Olympic level wrestling coach.
The owners (Mango family) are some of the nicest people you could know. They treat you like family and protect you like family.
Bottom line… if you are looking for a gym where you are welcomed warmly and become a member of the family… this IS the place. All you have to do is come and hang out…
If you want a place that your kids can learn an art… BJJ, kick boxing, wrestling, MMA, etc… this is the place. Everyone is treated with respect!!! The Mango’s don’t allow douchebags and riff raff… this place is our home!!! We want all to fell welcome to learn and help us all grow!

The faculty is great, large size, lots of equipment. They instructors are very knowledgeable and there are many classes to fit your schedule. The classes are a little on the short side compared to some other schools and there isn’t much conditioning in them.
Having said that, you do not need a large fancy faculty to get in a good work out. You will pay a high price to join and the contracts are long. Be prepared to start having the cost of an additional monthly car payment.

Professor Ted Stickel is great… if they went to more competitions and tried to create a team atmosphere, would rate higher. Downgrading this review.
Update: After coming here 3 yrs and sticking with them while they had no black belts on staff, I asked them to allow me to pause membership for the summer (as is allowed). The owners decided they needed to charge my credit card anyway. I felt this was poor customer service and have ended our family membership.
