First and last time here! Worst shellac manicure for the price… I requested nails cut short, she kept filing down instead of cutting, requested again to please NOT TO «file so much since it thins out the nails», when she started the other hand she started filing down AGAIN, had to repeat again. While cutting cuticles without softening first I was jabbed twice, asked her to apply alcohol to the area and her answer was: «there’s no blood»!!! Upon leaving, the price I had been quoted 2 times was not what I was charged, and the answer to that was «your original shellac had to be removed»!! Isn’t that why we go to a nail salon???
