I wouldn’t go to again. Very few non seafood dishes. Hot and Sour soup tastes like beef bouillon with mushrooms. Most foods lukewarm at best. Too many crying kids and kids running around to be a pleasant atmosphere. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

Not bad not great… This place is pretty much your typical Chinese buffet. Like many Unilocalers have voiced that the food isn’t hot which I totally agree. The heating stations under the food need to be cranked up. Not sure exactly but certain foods need to be served hot and not Luke warm or cold for some meats. But I could be wrong. One thing that stuck out for me big time and fell in love with was the mango salad! This is super delish please try this. Got my mango fix in and also got my source of fiber in. The food was below subpar but the service that our waiter Frank gave us was superb. I can’t say that much for Chinese buffets, most are quick and not to friendly. Frank was very tentative to all the tables.

Yuck! The only warm food on the buffet was the sushi.

1. Your typical Chinese buffet. 2. Sushi was decently fresh with variety. 3. Servers were quick to bus your tables which was nice — keep all the crawfish shells out of your way. 4. Fried foods, a variety of soups and a decent selection of desserts. 5. Good price — 12.99 for this all you can eat.

Wow! I am from St. Louis and I did not think when I moved down to Houston I would ever find good Chinese food! Well, we did! This place is amazing and everything we ate was phenomenal! I could not believe how great this place was. I will admit I over did it and didn’t eat anything the next day lol 1. Guilt 2. Not hungry 3. Disgusted with myself lol! But this is definitely a place everyone should try!

I usually enjoy Chinese buffets. The sushi was some of the worst I’ve ever had and everything tasted odd. The waitresses never came around if I was at the table, so I only got refills when I got up from the table. Probably won’t be coming back here.

Actually, it was good. We have been to the other location on Jones Road. My favorite is the fried crab… trust me I had my fill plus some. There was a fishy smell at this location, that I had to get past initially but overall it was good.

This review goes with the photo of the roach in my rice!!! Mortified, I told an employee and the manager came to our table as my kids finished their nuggets and told me to leave if I wasn’t eating. I told her my family was finishing and she said«that ok, you not eat so you leave» I told her I wasn’t leaving until they were finished and sat down. She walked away and gave me evil glares until we left… I stopped every person I seen go up there until they removed the rice from the buffet. Then the cook came out and started inspecting all the pots as if I was a liar… Can you believe they still gave us a bill? Needless to say, we didn’t tip –_– and have absolutely no desire to ever return! I have never in my life found a bug in my food, this was seriously disgusting… Seeing it’s dead body and antennas all mixed in like a piece of a vegetable. God, so gross!

This place has become a regular for me when I’m looking for fast, inexpensive, and good. Great selection of Sushi for a buffet. Large variety at the buffet. Very good service. I do recommend not going within the first 35 – 45 minutes after they open. The few times I went early on, the buffet wasn’t even close to being all up(no sushi at all, and about half of the items was stocked on the line). I also don’t recommend going within the last 1.5 hours before they close. They obviously wind down and stop replenishing entrees that run out, and what is out looks and tastes like it’s been out for quite a while by that point. but outside of those times, great tasting, well prepared, large selection of food items and very good customer service no matter when you go.

Me and my husband wanted to try a new place for Sushi and we came across this place! The price for buffet is pretty good (we had dinner) But the food was pretty bad. The only thing that I like it here was ice cream

I came here for lunch with a couple of co workers. One of which like buffets. They have the standard buffet fare and it was fresh the day I went. You can really get full here! Unlike my co workers I only had one full plate lol. It is a combination of Chinese food and american food and I thought it was reasonably priced. Besides the buffet food they offer soup and desserts. It is a place I would return to.

The sushi is definitely better here than most budget buffets. Beyond that, you’re looking at another Chinese buffet with a few unique items. I find the quality of food here slightly above other buffets I have been to. Service has been great, drinks always filled and used plates quickly taken care of. Buffet selection is not huge but plenty, and perhaps why the quality seems better. One thing that lacks are toppings for the ice cream. Other than that, I will recommend trying for those times you need a Chinese buffet. PS I don’t know why but the interior reminds me of Las Vegas.

If I could give this place zero stars I would — because that’s how much food there is. Several complaints to staff and still nothing. Do not come here — a complete waste of time and money.

I’ll admit, I was a bit skeptical about going to this place when my parents suggested we take some out of town guests, especially since I hadn’t tried it out first. My skepticism was very quickly put to rest when I strolled the buffet. They have an amazing selection of sushi — including really good quality sashimi. I honestly don’t know how his place stays afloat serving the amazing quality food they do. Other than the sushi, they have a very unique mango and chicken salad you must try. To add to this variety you have several soup selections, traditional Chinese fare, boiled crawfish, shellfish, salad, and plenty of desserts. There’s something for everyone here. The price is nice and the quality is very high.

I came here the other night with the family(moms wanted to go). I think the atmosphere was really nice, the décor was nice and clean looking. The buffet area was clean as well… HOWEVER, The selection was lacking… I mean, I have been to buffets and was just like«Hmmmm, what to get, so much to choose from.» (NOTHERE). And, I don’t even eat a lot. so for ME to complain that the buffet didn’t have enough variety really says a lot ! Overall, I liked the cleanliness and décor. but, I wont come back for that small selection they offer.

Better sushi and seafood spread including shrimp, oysters, clams, and crawfish but no crab legs. The others are typical entrees you find in most Chinese buffet. One issue I have is they charge 10 years old full Adult price even though my son would only eat pizza and chicken nuggets with some fried rice thrown in. Still if you want descent buffet in Katy area, this is the place to go.

Awesome place for a buffet. Definitely the best tasting buffet around and the ingredients seem to be constantly kept fresh. Also, it seems that the dishes are a little more authentic as well. They even have buffet sushi, which I was hesitant of but I took the risk and it was really tasty. This place seems very clean and the selection of food is great. There are even a bunch of healthy options and this is usually lacking from a Chinese Buffet. I am usually not a fan of Buffet restaurants although it is the norm in Houston and I grew up eating buffet-style food since I am from there. This one is a lot nicer than those that I am used to and the food is constantly refilled and fresh. Another good sign is that there are a lot of Asian people eating here so that’s how you can tell it is authentic. The more people that eat here the fresher the food, also, since the food never gets stale from sitting under the heat lamps for countless hours. Even though it is crowded I found the wait time to be little to none and the wait staff, although super busy and a bit absent-minded at times, was very accommodating and checked on our table often. I don’t think I will go to many more buffet restaurants, especially for Asian food, but if I do it will most likely be here.
