Great service. Was ready to go promptly at my scheduled time. She definitely a perfectionist ensuring there were no rogue hairs. I would recommend to anyone seeking hair removal service.

Di is the best waxer I’ve ever had. She is so quick and she uses a variety of different waxes for different types of skin and hair. I never leave all puffy and red and I’ve never had an allergic reaction from her waxing me. I recently tried my first Brazilian wax and it was a relaxed and mostly painless experience. I was really self conscious but for whatever reason she’s so matter of fact and professional after a few minutes I didn’t even care I was spreading my lady parts in front of a stranger. She is bubbly and keeps up the small talk to take your mind off it. I would highly recommend, and even took my husband.

This was my 1^st time here. My mother had a hair cut with Dilma and we could not be happier. The place is very nice, Dilma and her staff were very sweet, she did a great job on my mom’s hair cut and blow-​dry. Thank you Di.

HORRIBLE PLACE! I agree with all the bad reviews!!! My mom is visiting me here (she lives in CA) …she made an appointment yesterday to get a hair cut at 10 am tday… the hair dresser Maria Dilma was not only unfriendly but super unprofessional… it was like my mom was never there… tottaly ignored her presence… my mom waited more then an HOUR (her appointment was as 10) and this lady just kept talking wih someone else after the previous hair cut. in the end it was after 11am when my mom left the place with NO HAIR CUT and very unsatisfied. what a waste of the time… this lady MARIA DILMA never apologized… never said ANYTHING, saw my mom leaving… didin’t botherto say anything at all… plus the place is so difficult to find… what a weird place… I could be a potencial future client but now not only i’m not coming but I will make sure I never recommend it to anybody!!! 0 stars!

Purchased a Living Social for this location. It was really hard to find as it’s in a weird office building on one of the higher floors.
The salon is nice enough, but the location just throws you off.
No one really speaks English and everyone is South American (customers and employees). The lady used an interesting gel wax and did a great job getting all the hair.
For $ 70+ it’s definitely not worth it (way over priced, and should be more like $ 40), unless you have some sort of deal.

This was my first waxing experience. Di explained everything along the way and my worries were put aside. She is definitely an expert at what she does. I was never in pain and never uncomfortable. I will go back for sure!

The first time I had a brazilian wax with Di was at her old location before she sold it. She was friendly and made the appointment as comfortable as possible. The second time I came in for my appointment (at her new location), she forgot to put me down but accommodated me anyway. She rushed, made it very uncomfortable and painful for me, and didn’t even care. She kept yanking and pulling and applied no pressure at all. She even missed some hairs. I don’t know what happened, but I will not be returning.

Di is AMAZING! I’m sorry to hear the negative reviews here. I have a feeling that they may be going to the OLD location on Westgreen? Anyways. Di does an amazing job. The Brazilian was nearly painless. She takes her time and is very neat. She even goes back to help with any ingrown hairs that you may be facing. I would recommend her to anyone.
I will warn you though: her new location is hard to find since it is in the medical building. But otherwise, Her services are VERY worth it.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. Being that it was my first Brazilian wax I was extremely nervous. Di and her staff were superb. Di was very professional and explained what I would feel as she waxed. When I surprised my wife that evening she first was super excited and interested in Di’s style. Guys if you have ever thought about getting everything waxed, Di is who you need to trust. I had no bumps or ingrown hairs. Di also thoroughly explained how to care for the skin when I was home. This was an experience I wish I had done earlier in my marriage. The sensations my wife and I have experienced together after waxing are unbelievable. Now I know when I travel to Brazil why everyone is so carefree and happy.

I used to get a Brazilian keratin treatment here and Di was great, however the last time I went to get it done was horrific. Di is so rude and doesn’t care about her customers, she started yelling at me and my mom when I asked her to stop layering my hair, long story short, she’s crazy and doesn’t even take the time to wash her hands. Made an appointment for a leg wax, arrived 15 mins early and no one was at the salon. I stood outside and called, waited for 30 mins and no callback or answers. I left a message and no one even called me the next day. What a waste of time. Very unprofessional and would never try again!

Di is AMAZING! I decided to try this place a few years ago when I wanted to start waxing again. I’ve never found another place that uses the kind of wax that she uses. It’s completely organic and doesn’t hurt nearly as bad a other kinds. I don’t go anywhere but here for waxing. Amazing amazing amazing! Her pricing is great and the quality is amazing. It’s a bonus that I don’t have to drive 45 minutes to get this great of service. Can’t say enough how great this place is!

Di is so sweet and just an awesome stylist! I got a Brazilian Keratin treatment for the first time and she explained exactly what she was doing. She owns the salon and rally cares about her clients, and she even offered to show me how to blow-​dry and flat iron my hair correctly if I bring my stuff on my next visit. I highly recommend her for your hair (and during my visit there were many woman who came in for a brazilian wax so I have to image that she’s good with that as well).
