Went in on Saturday to get a full synthetic lof done on my 2014 Ford Fusion. all seemed well at the time but now I’m stuck on the side of the road in Bryan, TX. Thanks

Wow, I know accidents happen. But you lock my keys in my car. Inconvenience myself and my family having to get my wife go home to get my spare keys. I had to ask to speak to a manager, I guess the situation didn’t deem the courtesy to apologize for the situation.

Pulled in for a $ 19.99 oil change as listed on the marquee. They took the car in and came out a moment later and asked «Did you know your car was a turbo?» I said it’s not, what makes you say that? «Because it says GDI on the engine.» Well, that means gasoline direct injection, not turbo. That should have been a red flag. Once complete, the bill came out to $ 32.00. I asked what happened there? I was told my 4-​cly car took 5.3 quarts of oil, so that was an additional $ 3.00 charge and the technician had to loosen some screws on the skid plate to access the filter, so that was a $ 5.00 upcharge. I have never run into that in 2yrs of oil changes. The whole thing seemed a bit sly the way they slid those charges in. Did not get a re-​assuring feeling from this business. Beware!

I will never come back here again. They are rude, mean and they do a BAD job period. Don’t come here if you want good service and a clean car with a good attitude.

Been here an hour and a half and even tipped $ 20 early to get my car moved up. I’ve watched every car that came after me come and go twice! Been here before and never waited so long. They form a line for finishing that doesn’t reflect when cars come in. So pissed right now!

They stripped my oil drain pan plug and couldn’t be bothered to tell me. I dripped oil for days — could’ve burned up my motor.

Really horible place I was looking for a place for a oil change and wash. Drove up and getting information was like pulling teath. I know most car washes don’t dress the tires for a wash. So when I asked the tech for info I felt he was fustreated at my questions and pretty much did not answer them. So I was not about invest 50 plus dollars to find out that because of the lack of information I did not get what I want. When I told the guy I’m not getting the information from you I want so I’ll take my business elsewhere, his response «WHATEVER» Had my son not been with me it would have gone to a different ending

The facility is clean… the workers are nice… and my car is clean. I love the location and I feel when you come early in the morning… and it’s not busy… they really put in the extra time to make your vehicle look it’s very best… I suggest to anyone… if you want a clean ride… come to this car wash center.

While the work they do is fine, it takes a longtime to get your car washed and cleaned. I was there today and I have watched 6 cars that came after me, go through the wash before mine did. It took 35 minutes from when I got out of my car, for it to make it through the car wash.
It’s obvious the staff doesn’t know how to handle an influx of cars at the same time. Don’t know if I’ll be back or not.

Not a fan. Have been here twice and today was the last time. Car wash quality is lacking (mediocre at best) and expensive to boot.
What really chapped my hide today is that I received a text from them saying they are doing «FREE WASH PACKAGES FOR VETERANS!» so we were excited to take advantage (as my husband is a combat vet). Well, we get here to find out the only thing free is a cheapo drive-​thru exterior wash (lowest level) OR $ 3 off their already expensive regular packages. Doesn’t sound like «free wash packages» to me. We went ahead and paid for the wash since we were already here (which is what I’m sure they intended in the first place) but they’ve lost my business. Shame on you for taking advantage of American Vets on a patriotic holiday.

Went to this place several years back when it opened and didn’t have a very good experience… chalked it up to just opening but had not returned since that time. Decided to give the place another try several weeks back. The car wash machinery broke after I got there (delay) and they were very understaffed in the drying area (another delay)…left an hour later without getting the full service that I had paid for (wheels not done).

So I took my car here today since simonize was closed I should have just passed on the whole thing. They charged around 25 bucks and did a half ass job I went home and wiped the interior down as they barely touched it. The carpet was not fully clean and the glass needed to be redone. Not a place I would recommend

Place where I get my truck washed. Ok place nothing special, they are a little high on the prices and they can be really slow.

Sad to see that reviews reflect such horrible experiences but I actually don’t have much to complain about!
My oil change was done in 10 – 15 minutes. Perhaps since I came early? It comes with a free car wash so that was surely a plus! ($ 30 oil change)
The workers are not the nicest people you’ll meet, hence the three stars. I saw them actually be rude to customers and full of attitude.

DON’T go to this location for an oil change, I went there in October with a valid coupon for $ 5 dollars off any oil change. I presented the coupon to the associate, who then gave it to the local manager. He then came over and said «are you the one with the coupon issue?, we can help you, any questions? I explained I had 2 different valid coupons and I was hoping to get $ 5 off. He said no and walked off. Save yourself from a hostile environment and find somewhere else to get your oil changed. I did notify the branch manager of the incident to help make him aware of how I was treated.

Good deal: Give phone number on 1^st trip $ 3 off, 2^nd trip $ 2 off. Not to mention spam texts the rest of your life until you change your number:-)

OK, so I wanted to go to the nearest car wash to my parents house in Cinco Ranch, mother had a coupon for this place, so this is where I went. Even with the Coupon, the dang wash was close to $ 25.00 (some cute name, can’t remember). Please not that my car is only 4 months old and wasn’t that «filthy» but definitely needed wipe down inside and a vacuum. So I go and wait, not very long and then it’s in the waiting area. I look out and see some kid inside of it… but for the life of me don’t know what the heck he did!
I get my call and go out to see my car, I’m pleased with the Wash and Vacuum — nicely done, but hey that’s not too tough… I tip the dude (which I now regret) and as he opens my door I look down at the area near the front seat and inside door fram and it’s not been touched… I ask him to wipe it down and he does… that must have been the ONLY thing wiped down. I get in and the dash still has the same dust on it that I came in with, the console was the same and when I opened the back hatch, the inside frame was filthy (plain sight stuff). Noticed spray from cleaning inside windows on windshield as well…
Needless to say, I had to wipe down the inside of the car myself. I didn’t have time to go back as I was headed back to Austin, but I do return often and I will NEVER darken this places doors again and unless they get their crap together nobody else should as well. Very disappointing.

Decided to take my truck here during the week before noon. I got the Silver Bullet. My car was parked under the «Detail Station» awning for over 45 min before I went out side to ask why has there been nothing done to it??? No clear answer except for the manager was on a phone call and she hadn’t told anyone to work on it. Two other car were there that were just sitting waiting for which one would be next. The place wasn’t even that busy. Now I feel they will rush my vehicle and do a half ass job. Third time here, and the last time here.

Holy shit I had to retract my review hardcore. Messy management! If they like you as a customer, you’ll know. If they don’t care about you or your car, they’ll do anything just to make their times and quotas. Make sure you get what you paid for. If they yell out some celebrity name (Esp Betty White) guarantee your filters didn’t get changed. Watch them work on your car. It’s the only way you’ll know for sure your shit got done.
But seriously, go somewhere else. The wash side is the only one that’s actually decent… sometimes. DO NOT LEAVE CASH OF ANY KIND IN YOUR CAR
