I’m disappointed this is my go to place it’s close and they’re better than others in the area. But lately they haven’t been doing a great job with my nails. And last time even with an appointment I was left with the nail polish remover and foil on my fingers to remove gel manicure for over 20 minutes if you get gel you’ll know that becomes annoying after a while so I asked the girl giving me a pedicure if I can take them off since the other lady forgot about me she said ok. Then the lady comes back and starts raising her voice at me in front of the other customers saying I’ll have to put the nail polish remover again and the customers were looking at me it was so embarrassing honestly. I’m not going back and I’m a usual customer they know me by name.

This is one awesome place to get pampered. Judy the manager is her best at hospitality dealing. She’s makes you feel comfortable & at ease.
Can’t stop raving about it. I have been going to them since 4yrs love it every time I go in. The girls are friendly & the place is kept up clean.

CR Creative Nails is an amazing salon with the most friendly and helpful technicians. I have been a loyal customer for over ten years because I feel very comfortable and relaxed.

Still a better place than most, and I’ve –been– a regular – but the last time I went, my young manicurist (NOT one of the two I have mentioned in an earlier review) was curt to the point of being rude, even though I am always on time, had an appointment, was completely polite and undemanding (maybe too polite?) and I always tip really well.
We all have crap days. Still, it was so obvious from the get-​go that she was annoyed and would rather have been almost anywhere but there that it made me feel uncomfortably self-​conscious, and it got worse: after a few bouts of her speaking in low but vehement Vietnamese to the woman next to her, she had to let me know, among other gems, that I had «hands like (your) father” – seriously – yep, apparently she thinks I have man hands, and said as much. To me. Cue the ‘Seinfeld’ theme song…
Oh, hell, no.
All I could think of was Anjelah Johnson’s hilarious «Nail Salon» piece on YouTube, except it was a little more personal than I’d have hoped for. Look, I can’t help being more than a foot taller than my tiny, pissed-​off manicurist: blame my Nordic ancestry and all those Flintstones vitamins I begged my mom for back in the ’70’s.
Whatever…I’ll keep my money and my apparently offensive long-​fingered Yeti self out of her salon, and soak these gels off elsewhere.

Still haven’t found a person as good as Tracy! I am so sad about it! I am thinking I have to go back just for her pedicures but no manicures or full sets.

I have been coming to CR Creative nails for about 2 years and I love the service! Kathy odes the best nails and Maria does amaaaaazing pedis!
They stay pretty busy but is never crowded and obnoxious. Great service and sweet staff!

I love this place!!! The new owner Hayley is Awesome!!! All the same girls are there and the salon hasn’t moved! I’ve been going to this nail salons for many years and the girls are soooo sweet! I’m so glad the old owner is gone, she never was very nice!!! Hats off to Hayley!!!

I really like this place. The front desk girl knows what I need when I call without me having to tell her, and I have never experienced a wait like other reviewers have mentioned (it may depend on the day). My manicurist, Dana, is very thorough and does great work. Additionally, this place is very clean– they use new plastic liners for every pedicure which makes me feel much safer.

I was looking for a nail place close by for a long time. Usually there is a line, but not when I go mid-​day during the week. They are always friendly and helpful. The one time my shellac started coming off before 10 days, I went back and they reapplied it for free and wouldn’t accept my tips. It is now my go-​to place. It is not perfect, but no place is. It fits all my criteria: friendly, clean, fast (when necessary), free beverage including wine, and close by. I’ll continue to go as long as they remain consistent.

The place I usually go to was booked and so I walked in to this place and I wish I never had. When I asked for a price menu it was crazy express pedi $ 21 the next was $ 26 I asked what was the difference she said a massage… wait!!! I thought that was standard with all pedicures… but whatever mani oh you have nail polish on already it’s $ 3 to take it off. I wanted a bit of glitter on 2 nails (2 strokes) oh that’s another $ 3. When I got out of the pedicure seat the lady took the plastic liner out and flipped the sign over on the chair that says «this chair has been sanitized by Texas state regulations» I never seen anyone sanitize anything… GROSS
I wish I would have known this before I got in the chair.

You NEED to make an appointment or you might as well bring a tent and sleeping gear, cuz you’ll be waiting for a while. And judging by other reviews even when you make an appointment there is still a wait time. They do a good job, I always get the express manicure which is a wonderful 10 $. This is definitely a place where the women will speak in their langauge the whole time to each other, so channel the Seinfeld episode and bring a friend who can talk the talk!
Yes I would come here again because the price for the Express Manicure is so great but… Im still looking for something better.

This review is about the manicures and pedicures that I have received.
I have never called ahead for an appointment, but every time I go in I never have to wait long. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They always offer you a complimentary beverage when you receive your service. Everything is clean and sanitary and they clean all the stations after every use.
They have been the only nail salon that I visited since I moved to Katy and I have been satisfied with my past experiences so far. My manicures and pedicures still look good after a couple of weeks of wear.

The nail people here are very pleasant and quick.
If you are looking for quality work and to get in and out — this is your place. The best person I have gone to there is Cathy.

Very clean and sanitary, great color selections and everyone is nice. Wait time was 25 minutes after my appt. time, which was annoying. Prices are much higher than comparable places.
