Budget Blinds serving Katy & West Houston

These folks are great. We purchased plantation shutters for a new home in Richmond and they turned out beautifully. Doug was great to work with and the installers — Kent and Omar — were wonderful. The shutters which are the 4″ louvers with split clear view design add so much beauty and class to our interior living spaces. I would unequivocally recommend Budget Blinds to anyone considering blinds or shutters.

Great people to work with. Have always used 3 day blinds before, but this time I decided to get 2 quotes after reading good reviews for Budget blinds. I went with Budget Blinds in Katy and paid them half as much money with comparable quality for a similar product. Installers were fast and efficient. Recommend them highly!

Budget blinds replaced all of the blinds in my home a few years ago.
I called budget blinds katy/​west houston a few months ago looking to buy a replacement valence and some mounting brackets to reattach my blinds to the backyard door.
They told me I needed to order them since there were none in stock, that was no problem, when the installer came to put them in, he didn’t show us the valence or anything, just asked where and started installing.
The valence was used, scratched up and dirty. He said he didnt know anything about the situation.
I called budget blinds, they never tried to resolve the issue, just left me with a bunch of unanswered calls.
Will never trust these people again.

After much searching, we found Budget Blinds in Katy to help us with our window coverings. Doug is a really nice guy, and he helped to educate me on the products so I knew what I was getting. The consultation was quick and easy; he’s been doing this for years and answered every question I had.
The shades came in after about a week and a half (we got faux wood blinds), and the installation looked perfect!
Everything was handled professionally and quickly, and the ladies in the office were also very helpful and made the entire process as stress-​free as possible!
We were very happy with the shades and customer service provided by these guys, and the price was affordable for the look we got. I definitely recommend them.
