Bose

Micah was kind to explain the newest receiver would be the best ROI to work with updated TV and save us about $ 1400 using existing Accoustamix 5.2 speakers that we purchased from them a 100 years ago, he did not try to over promise or under sell.
We found an open box receiver from a Big Box at a $ 130 less than Bose quoted, but it was last year’s model and was missing more than the manual. Trucked back over to Bose and bought the receiver and HDMI cables, etc. Extremely pleased thus far with Bose. Had comparison shopped and this was still better than Sony, etc.
Don’t need gadgets for a media room, just quality sounding tunes. Free shipping on their site is better than Amazon’s Prime. Easy return and/​or refund.

Products are great on that store as any other Bose store, but the manager is a racist. If they wanna improve their sales they should definitely change their workers. Not sure if they deserve two starts!

The store and workers are nice, but the manager needs a little class of polite! My opinion is true, and should be take seriously if the store wanna improve in service and customer care! I had 3 no glad experiences, i guess 3 stars is too much, but im good!
