Bluebonnets Nails Skincare & Spa

I was so surprised by my experience here today. I am not the type to complain but this was crazy! I used to come here consistently (every two weeks) and that isn’t happening anymore. I came in after a while because I’ve been busy with work and the ladies acted as if they didn’t want to help me. I wanted a manicure and pedicure and they said sure but one of the ladies starting arguing with the lady because she wanted to leave work early. So once they had already seated me and started on my feet they then informed me there was no other lady to do my hands. (There were three people working here) when I pointed that out she said they didn’t know how to do shellac (um, what?) the lady was doing shellac in front of me! Ugh! It’s 6:05 and all other places are closing at seven and she’s still ‘working’ on my feet so I can’t even go anywhere else. To make it worse, the aesthetician told me to come tomorrow and she’ll give me a ‘discount.’ Keep your discount, I’m taking my business and referrals elsewhere.

CRAP PLACE
I have been going there for years up till the other day. They’ve updated the salon. Got a pedicure which was average price. The manager said when I went to pay, «it’s $ 25 now. Sorry we didn’t tell you». Does she think I’m ever going back there after that treatment. No way!

This place is way way way too pricey. The lady that answers the phone doesn’t speak English well and this is the second time that she has mixed up my appointment. I don’t think I will be back.

Bluebonnets is the best nail salon! They have a nice atmosphere and a talented staff. I had Michelle and she did an amazing job on my mani and pedi. She’s very sweet and definitely has a lot of experience. The prices are also very good compared to other salons I’ve been to. I highly recommend Bluebonnets and Michelle!

I’ve been coming here for a few years. I try other places and always come back. They do a great job and are very gracious. The only issue I have is that it doesn’t do any good to make appointments. When I have made an appointment because if a time constraint, I still have to wait. And when I make one because we have several proe together, they never have enough people. So instead of getting our nails done together, we have to go in shifts

They have lowered their prices on shellac/​gel manis and pedis! Still in love with this awesome staff! Keep it up!

Awesome clean place. I just moved to the area and went to three other terrible places before I found this place. Asked around and my friends told me to come here. I go regularly every 2 – 3 weeks now. I’ve gotten challac acrylic pink and whites and pedi. All of it is good! I go to michelle.

I got «Shellac» Mani and Pedi for $ 70. The price was ok but everything they use is sanitized! The ladies were amazing and did a great job. That’s a big plus :)
The bad part that my mani didn’t last long and it suppose too, I didn’t like the fact that they were using GELISH instead of Shellac from CND. They only use the color from shellac but not the base or top coat. I will only b coming back to get a pedi and go somewhere else for my mani.
