Affordable Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning

Had an appointment at 9 — didn’t show up. When I called and asked where they were he asked if I just wanted to cancel.

He did a VERY thorough job cleaning. He was by himself that day so he had to set up and tear down without any help. I usually see carpet cleaners in teams of two or three. He still took the time to carefully clean our carpet. After he was done, Carpets were very clean. Job Well Done.
That being said, I had to adjust my expectations a little. The website might be a little dated or something, because it describes services/​processes I didn’t see… pre-​vacuuming, carpet groomers, big fans to aid in drying, etc. All I saw was the usual spray solution to help clean and deodorize, then the hot water extraction wand comes through to spray and vacuum.
The website said that they move furniture. I wanted the living room furniture moved so we could clean underneath. I assume since he was by himself, he was reluctant to move furniture. I don’t have any furniture on the carpet that I would call large. I have Sofa’s, chairs, and in the bedrooms, small dressers, etc, that slide around fairly easily but nothing like giant cabinets or anything that would require lots of effort.
So that being said it would have been nice for the nearly $ 300 to sit back and watch a couple of guys do all the sliding of furniture to ensure complete cleaning of the entire carpet. I ended up helping get the furniture moved around so that it could get cleaned to my expectations.
Less expensive carpet guys have cleaned my carpets before. They cheap guys were in and out in an hour and they didn’t do nearly as thorough of a job as Affordable Carpet Cleaning. So if you want CLEAN carpets I recommend Affordable.
If you want your furniture moved for you, or other services described on their website, then you better discuss that when you setup your appointment. Even with my adjusted expectations, I rate them 5 stars, because they do what everyone else had done, but Affordable did it better.
