Fischer’s Marina

Terrible customer service. A man who I assumes runs this place suffers from a lack of communication skills and anger management. As he began to rush me on the phone and talk over me I reluctantly ignored it and finished the conversation under the assumption that he would be calling me back with his fleet availability.
I never received a phone call back, so within a few days i called back and spoke to a woman that was «helping out» for the day.
She assured me that I would have a boat rental within the week I wanted, however, she had to contact someone else for assistance as to the next step in the rental.
Again, no phone call back for a few days. I assumed that at least my name was in the calendar for the week, but when I called back a few days after patiently awaiting some sort of conformation on the rental, the distempered man answers the phone.
According to him he tried calling me (in which he never did, nor left a voicemail) as he began to get hostile on the phone again, right before he hung up on me stating «the rental is gone, that’s it, goodbye».
I couldn’t have been any more polite and this man couldn’t have been any more rude and psychotic. As per the first review, I could see every bit of it being 100% true.
I’ve since have had a successful and appreciable transaction with Dockside Landing Marina.

I would definitely not go back to Fischers Marina. They were so rude and not helpful at all! They actually screamed at us and got so mad the guy left and went inside and wouldn’t help us.
We were trying to give business to a smaller local marina but we will definitely not return. I would suggest going over to Castaways which is right down the street!
