I have a full writeup here. They completely botched my vaccination appointment, then made me drive 40 minutes to Lee’s Summit promising it would be OK and they would take care of us there. They could not take care of us at Lee’s Summit either. These shots were needed before we went out of the country and Walgreens put my families health at risk.

While I was waiting for a prescription, my 8 yr old son and I decided to bounce a bouncy ball to one another. We did so responsibly and with no other customers around. An employee very rudely asked me to stop and proceeded to say that my permissive parenting is what was causing the irresponsible children we are seeing today.
I understand they wanted me to stop bouncing the ball, which I can appreciate, but they were so rude and condescending. I am a very reasonable and understanding person, but they were way out of line.
I will never be back. Ever. Not without an apology.

Pharmacies tend to be a couponer’s paradise and this Walgreens is no exception. I was pretty pleased with the products that they had. They even had a really great clearance section! I was super hyped about it.
They were pretty helpful. I lost my coupon holder in there and they didn’t even mind me running around in the store looking through people’s baskets like a mad woman.
Their paper said that they had a coupon and when they couldn’t find it, they just went ahead and honored their paper and gave me the discount without it.
Overall, I’m really pleased with this store!

Great first time experience. Couldn’t get anyone to get me a passport photo at CVS at 10th & Minnesota (horrible service, always an excuse why they can’t do this or don’t have that…). Stood around for a little bit and then an employee named Jessica came out and took care of a lady in front of me and then it was my turn. Told her I needed a passport photo and she got right on it. Friendly, professional, quick. I was out in 5 minutes. Maybe I need to move my scrips down here.
