So, the building isn’t much. But, the patient care they give is phenomenal. I haven’t been treated so nicely by anyone in the medical field in a really long time, if ever. The assistants are genuinely nice. I deal mostly with Rebecca, and from watching her with the patients while I’m waiting to be seen(not very long at all) you can tell how well she tries to respectfully make sure a patient understands what’s being done on different levels, from insurance and billing, to what to expect with their next visit, and everything in-between. I started coming to this office after a car accident. I wasn’t looking forward to it because of how much I was repeating the information and how hard it was to make sure everything was getting taken care(monetarily). This was completely different. I told them I was in an accident over the phone and that my health insurance wouldn’t be dealt with it at all(I was weary of this since I had issues with other medical providers about how it’s paid for and why and so on). Rebecca got my claim number over the phone, the auto-insurance company, and the normal information for setting up appointments. I was able to get into the office the next day at a time perfectly convenient for me, thinking that was a miracle and wouldn’t be likely to happen again. I went in for my appointment, walked up to the desk and said I had an appointment. Without looking at anything Rebecca confirmed me by name in one try with a pleasant, respectful question. I filled out a very easy ‘new-patient form’ and within about 10 minutes the doctor saw me.(Without having to repeat anything more than my name!) That was awesome since I showed up 30 minutes early and it took about 5 to fill the paperwork out. So, I was 15 minutes ahead of schedule, about 35 minutes ahead of what I expect from anything medical-related. The doctor was observant and positive. He was very sincere. He(himself) took the x-rays. He wasn’t pushy about getting through them, instead he was thorough and calm. He explained to me what he thought might be the issues at hand and what the options were to fix the issues. The only thing he seemed regretful about was that he «wouldn’t be able to get to the x-rays today». For me that was fine, my expectations were to not hear anything back until some point the next day at the earliest since my appointment was at 4:30pm and the office closed at 6. He then went on to say that he’d look at them ‘tonight’ and start structuring a therapy regimen and he’d go over it with me the next day. I was blown away, doctors always get back to you when it’s convenient for them, which is never convenient for you. The next day I went in and was greeted in the same, fantastic way. The doctor explained to me super-respectfully and in depth and detail what had occurred, why I was feeling pain in certain areas, pointed out specifics in the x-rays, and carefully reviewed with me his plan for treatment, asking me along the way if I had any questions and if I was comfortable with the details of the treatment. They then made another appointment for me at my convenience for the next day. Since then, I’ve received(and seen it given to others) the same genuineness and sincerity I have been. And starting to finally feel good again! Too bad not all doctors take the time to see ANDLISTEN to their patients like their practice does. They have a lot to offer and I couldn’t recommend them more.
