I am very disappointed in this place. Especially there manager who is a very rude person. I have purchased several pieces of jewelry here and I generally have had a decent experience. However, this last visit was the pits.
The manager does not listen to the customers and seems to think she knows it all. I had piece of jewelry that needed to be corrected from the last time that they attempted to fix it. She did not want to send it in even though I have a protection plan. She was condescending and arrogant. It’s a shame because we have been regular customers here. There is no reason to speak to your customers this way Ultra Diamonds. Perhaps a change in management will make things better.
