Store is clean and bright, employees generally are knowledgable, and turnover is minimal. They stock a great assortment of any vitamin or supplement… look for deals, and make sure you join their frequent buyer program. The rewards points add up… and the generally have buy one, get second one half off…

Love this place. They always have everything I need and the people are friendly. I love how everything is super organized and how it’s all categorized. The one thing that I wish they did was put supplements that are typically used for other purposes in multiple areas. Some of the best supplements that are meant for one thing are also awesome for other conditions. But there’s hardly enough shelf space in there to start with, so adding the same supplement somewhere else probably seems like a cluster haha. I definitely do agree with people saying to do their research. And not because the sales associates aren’t capable of doing their job, but because you should always do research on things you’re wanting to consume. There are so many different brands available there that if you go in and remember what it’s called and what the label looks (or have it on your phone) that will save you so much time and confusion!!!

Staff was very helpful, the place was a little difficult to find due to the fact that I’m up from San Antonio, Texas. Vitamin shop is way cheaper then GNC.

It’s a chain vitamin store folks. The staff get minimal training so, seriously, do your homework and google that stuff (GTS) before you show up. Good prices, impressive array of products and centrally located.

They are lucky they have cheap prices because they have some of the rudest people working for them. If you aren’t into mucle building supplements good luck getting one of the male workers to wait on you. You can smell the cig smoke on the help, doesn’t make a good impression. If customer service doesn’t mean much to you, the prices are better than any where else.
