Fantastic service!!! We were visiting from out of town when we came across this wonderful jewelry store! Carl and Monika were so much fun! Who knew that deciding what to buy from their amazing Alex and Ani collection could be so fun! Drinking Champagne and buying bling– what an awesome experience we had at The Polished Edge! I went there to shop for engagement rings at the recommendation of a friend, and was he right that this was the place to go. Walking in I knew pretty much what type of ring and stone I wanted. Well, the stone was even nicer then I hoped and met my price range and the ring ended up being different then i expected but better and more suited for the nicer diamond I got. The product was exceptional but the customer service was even better. The staff help could not have been more friendly. They were informative and attentive, looking to meet my needs first and foremost. They had the attention to detail and value of the customer like you would expect at a small business and the selection of product you would expect at a bigger business. To anyone shopping for engagement rings in the area go here. You will not be disappointed.

The jeweler in this shop is super nice. My engagement ring and wedding band were driving me crazy as they still felt too loose. I went in to inquire about getting them both sized down. Since I only needed them to be a hair tighter, instead of going ahead with my suggestion, the jeweler actually suggested that i have them soldered together – which was the far less expensive option. I came in around 3:30 and he had the work done by 5:30. My ring (s) is far more comfortable and I was very happy to come across such a nice shop.

My, now, fiancé and I walked into The Polished Edge «just to check it out» while walking around downtown one day. We had been to numerous jewelers prior to T.P.E. looking for the perfect wedding bands for us.
My fiancé was trying to decide between two rings. Carl (we LOVE Carl) said they would call the company and see if it would be possible to incorporate details from both rings into one ring. (No other jewelery store offered to do this, and they carried the exact brand we were looking at.) They called, got an estimate and we bought the ring that day!
We have also used Polished Edge to buy my wedding band, get watches repaired and will continue to use them for our jewelry needs!
Ask for Carl! He is fantastic! Friendly, funny and a joy to work with! The other man that works here is okay, tries to be friendly but comes across as forced friendliness. The women that work here are also friendly, but we have not worked with them at all.
