The woman manager at this store was rude and unapologetic when I brought gloves that ripped out at the seam in for warranty recovery. When I said thank the you she ignored me and did not reply.

I LOVE my North Face jacket other than the fact it seems to absorb any scent it runs into. Cooking in the kitchen… put it in the closet. Going to a Mexican restaurant… leave it in the car. Going to an Indian restaurant… leave it at home. I was very pleased with their service. One of my snaps had broken and I took it to the plaza store and they shipped it back to North Face(no charge) and within 10 days I had my coat back with a brand new snap. AWWWWWWSNAP!!! Yes the jackets are expensive, but with a lifetime repair program you can almost justify it. Plus I only seem to buy a jacket every decade or so which helps defer the costs. Now that the weather sucks it is nice to have my warm, toasty NF jacket!!!

This is a North Face store. Its clean, its expensive, its filled with people who like North Face gear. The store itself is great, the staff is very helpful. The items are pretty damn expensive, but if you manage to wait it out and play your cards right, you can hit some deals, and by that I mean the %25 price reduction sale on items that haven’t sold very well. I did get a coat with a gift card and it is a really badass coat, I just with it kept my toes warm.

Really an awesome store for all things outdoor. Sadly, yuppies worldwide(epicenter, Johnson County) have turned The North Face into«The North Prada». In the process, losing the translation that the products they sell are actually base camp worthy and then some. Looking for the biggest backpack? That luggage with a backpack that zips to the actual suitcase? How about that fuchsia colored mid layer vest?(No that I would!) They’ve got it all. The prices are also identical to their website and their vendors(Dick’s Sporting Goods, Bass Pro Shop, etc.) So there’s no worry of getting ripped off.
