I mean… The landings is a new leasing office and they are taking over some pretty neglected buildings from when Old Town Lofts managed. No it’s not the Ritz. It’s a renovated loft (mostly) and you have to be willing to deal with it. Location can’t be beat. In my experience with Ericka she was always responsive and I always knew when she was out of the office. Management has seriously improved the last 3 months because of enough reviews, they got rid of some loose ends. I think it’s a place worth looking into but… they are not your momma.

You know things need work when a resident is picking up litter in the parking lot and cleans the front entrance floor and the front door is constantly broken. Mostly due to ignorant neighbors! I’m happy to clean if someone wants to pay me… ;)
