I love the location of this store, especially when I’m working on a project and I’m running back-​and-​forth looking for different items needed to complete my task. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and always available. Today I was looking for a thermostat and was advised by the clerk to check the batteries of my old thermostat before purchasing a new one… he was right. I needed a battery and saved myself 30 bucks! I highly recommend Home Depot!

The people here are very friendly and helpful. I’ve gone here to purchase materials for multiple projects, and there is usually someone available to help answer questions. Most of the people who work here are very knowledge and give great advice to help with your project. They also have cases on Saturday mornings that teach you how to do various home improvement projects.
The only thing that I think they could improve is to have a few more people on staff so you can find someone to help at all times.
Overall I’m very pleased with the experiences I’ve had at this home depot, and I intend to continue coming here for my home improvement needs.

This is my local Home Depot so I wanted to give them a review, and it seems like I’ve been there ever other day for the past month. I just completed a master bath renovation, so there were many quick runs back and forth. The employees have always been very friendly and helpful. I never have problems using my 10% military discount. The employees at the return desk and customer service are always friendly and make the return transaction very smooth. I like that no one looks at you crazy when you ask a question not really knowing what it is your looking for, but most times they can typically find what you’re describing.

I had forgotten this location existed since most everything else in the Bannister Mall area has gone out of business. There is plenty of parking, the store is setup just like every other location (except the restroom is on the East side of the building rather than front or back which was strange). Service has always been good, I have never had any problems and it is open an hour later than most of the other locations (10PM) which is nice when you need something late at night.
The only reason I did not rate this location higher is THE LOCATION which is a bit rough since the Bannister area has gone downhill and there are several abandoned buildings around.
