YOWZA! These are some damn fine cookies!
I have never been addicted to crack. However, Swoon cookies are so delicious and addictive that I would reckon that the two could be interchangeable.
That might not sound like a compliment, but believe me, it is.
There is a potato chip slogan that states, «Betcha can’t eat just one.» Compared to Swoon cookies, that slogan is crap, because when it comes to these cookies, their slogan could be, «Betcha can’t eat just one… DOZEN!»
These cookie artists have talents far exceeding that of my own and every cookie they make is like a tiny piece of delicious art.
I have been to numerous functions where these cookies are offered as snacks. People go nuts for them! I’ve seen people walk out with a handful of them. They say they’re taking them home «for the kids», but I know that they’re driving home, shoving cookie after cookie in their mouth and then frantically wiping crumbs from their shirt before they arrive home so no one sees the evidence. And you can’t blame them, because I would do the same thing. Get your own cookies. And when you do, get them from Swoon, because crack is whack, cookies aren’t.

I saw/​tried these cookies at a Unilocal event back in October and had been searching for a reason to place an order! I finally got one last week. I placed an order on Wednesday afternoon and picked them up early Friday morning– talk about fast! And they were adorable. Lauren took my suggestions and made fabulous looking shamrocks. I was giving these cookies as a gift and everyone was excited and commented how cute they were. I may have snuck one myself– shhh! They are the kind of sugar cookie you always want. Not too think and crispy but not so thick they they are dry. And the icing, oh my! I know why they are called Swoon! The only drawback– you can’t get only 1, you must order in the dozen, which isn’t terrible :)

Swoon’s sugar cookies (formerly PS Sweets) are freaking fantastic. They primarily do sugar cookies, including a few flavor options like mojito, and will customize to your specifications. They’ve done customized company logos for me as well as holiday cookies and even cookies with people’s names on them that we used to assign seats at a dinner function. They can do just about anything you need and they taste so good! You can’t have just one.
Infinitely better than anything you are going to be able to buy at a store. Great for parties, gifts, etc.
