Shear Palace

I went in for a haircut and was seated in a chair right away. I started telling the «barber» how I wanted my haircut. Typically they ask you and you tell them what you want. I told her I wanted the top cut with scissors after she started cutting it with clippers. I asked her to please cut the top with scissors. She told me she cuts with clippers. I politely asked her a third time to please cut the top with scissors. Clearly she didn’t like my request because she didn’t know how to cut with scissors. She started yanking the comb through my hair and I asked her to please be careful and then she yells, «I can’t do anything right.» This made me feel very uncomfortable. At this point I wanted to tell her that was enough. I wanted to say let’s just stop here but I didn’t want to upset her anymore.
I am not satisfied with the haircut. I am not satisfied with the customer service. I paid and left. I will not be going back there.
