The Apple Store tried to tell me my phone was broken beyond repair, and then tried to sell me a whole new phone. These guys had my phone fixed and ready in less than an hour for under 50 bucks!
I am so happy to have my phone fixed and working again. As a bonus, the front counter staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Cracked my iPhone screen, seen SetCell driving by. I walked in and gave them my phone. They had it fixed within an hour and had a great selection of cases. They also recommended tempered glass. GREAT customer service and quick repair time!

My charging port in my iphone 6 was clogged and wouldn’t accept the charging cord. I took it to these guys to get fixed and they had it back to me in less than 2 minutes! If anyone of my families iphones has an issue, I will not hesitate to take it to these guys again. Not to mention they had a huge selection of cases to choose from!

Yesterday we had some wifi issues with my grandma’s phone she received for Christmas. Come to find out, the phone was broken. I had a iPhone 5 laying around that had a cracked screen in need of repair. Before switching over my grandma’s new phone, I called this place to see how much it would be and turn around time. The nice guy on the phone said he could shoot for an hour, at most 2 hours and it was $ 75 including tax.
Best deal around after calling everywhere. And best service I’ve received lately! If you need a repair, give this place a call! :)

I have mixed emotions about SetCell. On the great side, they will fix your phone fast and fairly inexpensively in a pinch. Last fall my GalaxyS3 display bit the dust. I thought it was a lost cause but they were able to fix it. I finally upgraded recently to the S6. I remembered they had a plethora of great cases and I wanted one fast so drove 25 minutes to Westport for a visit. There was one other person in the store, but clearly wasn’t a customer as the gal behind the counter stopped her conversation with him to help me. She grabbed a couple of cases from behind the counter. The first one tried I liked, but, I’d hoped to browse several more before deciding. But, I said I liked it and she started ringing me up before I could say or do much else. It was an expensive case, more than I wanted to spend but I felt like I should just get it and go. While she wasn’t unfriendly, I got the sense she wanted to get me out of there quickly. Upon getting home, I discovered I could buy the same case, and others like it for almost half the price on Amazon. Imagine my horror as I see the receipt says no refunds on accessories! Only store credit. What am I going to do with store credit? Save it in case I drop my phone again I suppose, and that’s only good if the credit value doesn’t expire. It’s my fault for not speaking up about not being ready to purchase the case I bought, however, it’s not very fair that the, «no refund on accessories,» rule is only apparent AFTER you make your purchase. A sign or a quick mention of it would have been nice. I still use the case and it works great, I just wish I’d researched better.
They are super friendly, helpful folks and they do great work on phones. They also offer refurbed phones for reasonable prices. I will still go back if I ever need my phone fixed or a replacement, but I strongly encourage you do your homework on accessories!

I highly recommend Setcell in Westport in kc, MO. My first trip in I had a Samsung s5 that no other store would attempt to fix. I was pretty upset, since I only had the phone for 1 week. The owner of the store could tell I was pretty upset and was signed into a 2 year contract with no insurance on the phone. He took my phone and a couple of hours later fixed :)!!! Plus, it was cheaper than at&ts deductible if I had insurance on it and worked great. I have been a loyal customer since on all my cell phones, tablets need. Their customer service is the best. I recommend my company and now they are using Setcell also for all their needs. Cheap and very helpful with quality craftsmanship. A+++

My IPhone 6 had a big crack on the glass, I thought it would be a big job and cost! Luckily I came across Setcell, and they repaired my phone right away, it looks brand new! Thank you!!! I highly recommend! Great service.
