very poor customer service. it was like pulling teeth to get a return e-mail from anyone. The day a person came out to look at our house to give an estimate he said he’d have it within the next week. 3 weeks went by and i heard nothing. so I emailed him and he said once again, he’d have something next week. 3MORE weeks went by and i finally sent an e-mail saying it was insane that i am still waiting, 6 weeks later! when i sent an e-mail the final time, expressing my frustration i got an e-mail back from an office assistant, not even the gentleman we were dealing with! To sum up what she’d said«we are very behind due to all of the rain. at this time we are doing everything we can to suffice our current customers needs». basically new customers are nothing. It’s terrible customer service to leave a client hanging, but then to say they’re more dedicated to current customers then potential! If I’d known that i would have gone somehwere else anyway. Beware. they talk a good game, but never follow through!
