Sam’s Service Center & Auto Parts

We have gone here for all of our car repairs since 2005. We brought our car here to get breaks and were told that we didn’t need them yet. They suggested that we save our money and come back in about six months when we would really need to replace the breaks. We were sold and don’t know of any other business that would turn away a sale. In doing so they earned our loyalty. The people who run this place are honest and don’t try to sell you what you don’t need. They are efficient and friendly and when they say your car will be ready at a certain time it is. They take the time to explain exactly what your car needs and will tell you about less expensive options when possible. We don’t trust any other place but Sam’s auto. Thanks to all the guys who work there and have helped us over and over again throughout the years.

Since I moved to Kansas City about six years ago, Sam’s Service Center is my primary go to for automotive repairs. Joe and Mike speak honestly about what is happening and the repairs needed. They are honest and helpful and always work hard at doing a great repair. I have taken my cars, friends cars and families cars there when needed. Would recommend it to anyone. Keep up the good work!

I’ve been trying to find another shop as reliable and good as this shop but no one else compares. I know my car is in good hands here and that I’m getting value for every dollar. These guys just know what they’re doing.

This place overcharges like crazy. If you are a guy, then you might like this place. If you are a woman, be prepared to be taken advantage of. Yup! I said it. They do their work, most of the time, but that’s no reason to charge greatly. Brad’s place, down the street quotes lower, and heck the factory charges even less.
Eh. Maybe if I were a man it would be different.

If there were a way to give more than 5 stars to this establishment, I would most certainly do so. After a terrible experience with NTB, I happened to drive by Sam’s Service Center this morning and decided to stop to get a pair of tires mounted and balanced.
Although there was only a short wait before the tires could be installed, which is quite understandable, for what ended up being only a $ 32 job, the owner drove me home in his personal vehicle, and picked me up when my vehicle was ready.
I can’t say enough about his level of professionalism, courtesy, and desire not just to do right by his customers but to go above and beyond to make things just as painless and convenient as they could possibly be. In a word, the service was incredible. I’ve honestly never experienced anything like that at an auto repair store before.
If I weren’t moving out of town, I would be bringing my truck back to Sam’s Service Center to replace my ball joints and tie rods, as I have absolutely no doubt in my mind it would both be performed correctly and timely, not to mention at a very reasonable rate.
If you happen upon this, Brad, I can’t thank you enough for the exemplary and exceptional service you provided. There was no attempt at upselling, I received the exact service I asked for, there was no questioning what I wanted or needed, it was an extremely straightforward and honest approach to doing business, and I wish I could bring you all of my vehicles when they required maintenance.
Sam’s Service Center & Auto Parts is far and away the best auto shop with which I’ve ever done business.
