I cannot thank Tom enough for the help he gave me with my door springs.
We had new springs installed about a year ago by a different garage door company. As it turned out, the springs were not adequate for the weight of the door, so we asked the installer to replace the springs. Needless to say, we got push-​back. So I contacted other installers to get a second opinion. One of them was Right Track Garage Door. I was so impress with Tom! He went above and beyond my expectations! After a number of phone calls, texts, and photos, Tom gave me the information I needed to support my case with the original installer. We got the springs replaced at no charge.
Tom put in a lot of time to help a stranger get satisfaction from a different garage door company, knowing that there was nothing in it for him. That’s what I call GREAT customer service! If you want honesty and integrity, go with Right Track Garage Door.

Had two garage doors replaced by Right Track. Charged a straight fee for install and just his cost for the door, showed me the invoice! The install was perfect, doors operate much better than originals. I had an issue several months after install with my opener and they came back and fixed it no charge! I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Called and came that day. Thomas was very professional and made sure the job was done right. Thanks for the help.

Please don’t waste your time. Company is unresponsive and they don’t like to work past 5pm. I set up 3 appointments and they cancelled or rescheduled enough times that I told them to forget about it. There are enough honest garage door people out there so don’t waste your time with this company. They don’t consider that people work during the day and then they don’t want to work at night.
