Just bought a used 2013ML350. Randy Blum was our salesperson and it was a pleasure working with him. We didn’t feel pressured at all and he was very accomodating when I can back for a second look with more questions. Also used the service Dept already to get Mbrace setup. Can in without an appointment, but they worked me in so I would not have to come back.

dont purchase cars at this location. i bought extended warranty and car body scratch protection. when i first went back change oil and mentioned the scratch on my car. they didn’t fix the scratch. after i found out, i called and left messages to the representative who helped me. no return phone calls. i emailed, no reply. after a month i called in they said they didnt fix the scratch because their ‘system’ didnt show i purchased the protection. and told me i cant get a complementary loaner this time. i cant believe they provide this kind of customer service. dont purchase cars at this location.

I’ve purchased and serviced my last 2 cars at MB of KC. I was impressed with the professionalism of the sales department at time of purchase and I am ecstatic about the service department. The service department is always friendly and efficient, and they give me a complimentary loaner Mercedes whenever my car is being serviced. Of course, the price tag with servicing a Mercedes can give sticker shock but anyone evaluating the purchase of a Benz should already know that going in… The facility on 135th is beautiful and easy to access from 435 and Stateline. I purchased several cars from Aristocrat Motors in the past but I always dreaded service work because of the hassle of getting there. All in all, I am very happy with MB of KC and will likely purchase my next car from them unless Jaguar can get their act together and offer an AWD sedan… I digress, my love/hate relationship with a rear-wheel drive XJ8 over a snowy KC winter is a story for another review…
