Hard to go wrong.
Only the parking sucks sometimes if you don’t know the options. Park in the Cowtown Mall lot across Gillam (east side). They are okay with it as of this writing, as Cowtown is only open on Saturdays.

We stopped in at the Velvet Dog, now call me crazy but the manikins strapped to the ceiling were kind of odd. I love the swanky décor and the DJ was serving up the hottest mixes. The crowd was jumping and the drinks were flowing, certainly a fun time and the place was big. Everywhere I walked it entered into another room and by the time we left we were ready for more fun. We didn’t stop in at the other cool places in the corner area, we headed back to Power and Light to cap off the night.
