Pam has rewired and restored several vintage lamps for me over the last couple of years. She is extremely knowledgable and helpful in the process. I appreciate that she gives me options and advises on best solution for switches, cords, harps and shades. Each time, she has been very quick to get pieces finished. I never hesitate to pick up vintage lamps or chandeliers now because I know she can fix any issue they may have. I would definitely recommended her.

Pam Miller was great to work with. We had a crystal chandelier that we had purchased in Europe that needed repair and another chandelier that needed to be adapted. Both were European-made, but Pam recognized immediately the concerns we had with them and also alerted us to compatibility problems that we didn’t expect, but when rectified made the chandeliers much easier for a good electrician to hang. She was very professional, giving us options and doing painstaking work to make sure that both pieces were safe and stable to be hung, and giving us options so that the work was quality but we could decide how much to spend. Would highly recommend working Lampworks for lighting repair.

Easy drive access to building, not certain about ADA since store is on 2nd floor. The Proprietor was helpful in directing me to the location in a friendly manner. I brought in my vintage wood Mission Oak table lamp and she set it down, sat me down and after a little discussion about what I was thinking she immediately found the perfect shade in her large on-hand inventory. We tried a few others just to see, but she has a good eye and listened. She also pointed out that with this shade the harp I had was too tall, so she found one, and one that was older looking(not all shiny). Price at the register was lower than what was marked on the shade. A very satisfied experience.
