Kimball Scott Cooper & Acosta-Dickson, MD

I called at 9 am in regard to what I suspected was a UTI, as I know what they are, I reoccurringly get them, and Im an adult. I asked if they could call in an Rx, or if I needed to come in. I called back at 11, at 1, and at 4:30. At 4:30 I was told I needed to come in, as they would not call in a script. SOMETHING THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL FOR ME TO KNOW AT 9AM. I had to speed ass across town to get there by 5. IN ADDITION, I told the initial person my Doc was Dr. Scott. I was given to Dr Dixson’s nurse all day for every call, even though Scott was in that day. I dealt with Dixson’s nurse all day (or didnt deal with her, depending on how you look at it). I had been seeing Dr Scott for years.
This office used to be great until they were bought by Meritas. And Dr Dixson just sucks.
