KC Concrete Care

I hired KC Concrete to do a 2 part job. The first was a huge mudjacking project and the second was the repair/​repalce of my concrete porch. I had a great experience with the estimator. He showed up on time and did what I thought to be a fair estimate complete with pictures. I did have to wait about a month before they could actually get to the job, you know because it’s the busy season. Day of the job only the mudjacking crew showed up. They did a wonderful job, I’m very pleased. The crew to repair/​replace my front porch I finally found out were to be available 2 weeks later. The morning of the job I received a call fron KC Concrete (thinking they were telling me they were on their way) stating they could not do the job because it was a pour on pour job (whatever that is). They were going to refer the job to another company to handle. The next day KC Concrete calls again to tell me the other company had come out to look at the project and said it would be close to $ 1000.00 more than the estimate. I’m so frustrated at lack of professionalism of this company. I wasted a month and half waiting for my porch to be fixed for a fair price. I can’t believe they didn’t know the situation with the porch until the day of the job. Very poor communication, not good business.
