The neighbor hood needed a library. Some where that the locals could use the internet, Spanish speaking community could find resources and kids could hang out after school and in the summer. Yeah its small, like probably the smallest one in KC, but if you need a book just order it.
Bonus they have a chess/​checker tables outside on the front lawn that the good fellas sometimes occupy.
