Judi’s Bakery Cafe & Coffee Shop

Do not come here if you expect to get what you order. I placed an order for decorated donuts for my daughter’s birthday. When I picked them up, they were not the colors that I ordered. The clerk told me that she knew the order wasn’t right, but that Judi said she didn’t have time to do what I ordered. She could not issue a credit for the charge because she couldn’t do anything without Judi’s approval. I tried several times to contact Judi myself. Twice she did not return my calls and the third time she told her colleague that she would not speak to me about my issue. My daughter’s first response when I opened the box of very expensive, quite unimpressive donuts was «oh, that was not what I thought they would look like.» This could have been resolved had Judi spoken to me about the issue, but she chose to be unprofessional and just charge me for something I did not order. What a disappointing experience!

I walked in on a Saturday at 11:40am with my mind set on the hot ham n cheese. When I walked in, the employee said they had already shut the grill off since they were about to close at noon. This was highly disappointing & aggravating. I work at a bank — I can only imagine what people would say if we were to stop cashing checks 20 minutes before closing! Terrible customer service. Will not return.

Salesperson’s dream; provides a great dozen donuts that your customer’s will love. I have one client who rave over these and have done so for the past two plus years. Great friendly service every time.

My wife and I moved here from the east coast and was looking for a bakery, we live just around the corner and thought this might be it. But we when we went in and saw that nothing is made on site, we were surprised. We asked about getting a loaf of bread and was told if we order it they can get it in two days. That’s not a bakery. And to top it off, I ordered some tea and they only had skim milk, when I asked for 2%, I was told I would have to buy a 12oz bottle. No not recommend if looking for a bakery.

We have gotten pastries and coffee from Judy’s and liked them. I’ve ordered princess birthday cakes for the last couple of years and they are yummy, beautifully done and reasonably priced.
