Always an EXTREMELY slow delivery time (30 – 45 min) even in off peak times. Slowest delivery I’ve ever had from JJ’s. Store is usually pretty rude when you call to follow up. «Yeah, we’re working on it» when they answer.
Drive thru isn’t bad, though. Definitely the way to go if you’re craving a sub from here.

Love this place, our neighbors order so much that the driver parks between the houses so he can figure out which one to go to… they are always super quick, even in a snow storm! Only complaint, don’t forget my mayo packets… lol.

I have ordered from them several times they always get the order wrong and this time when I called to complain the «manager» actually told me I was wrong and that I got what I asked for! I said no tomatoes specifically bc I wanted to avoid nasty ass green tomatoes!

This Jimmy Johns takes 25 minutes to deliver 1.25 miles away! To compare, the Jimmy Johns 5 miles away from my office in KS delivers in 10 minutes or less during a lunch rush.
As for the quality of food, this JJ’s is consistently lesser than the other JJ’s I get in KS or other parts of KCMO. They skimp on spreads and mayo, the bread isn’t as fresh and the pickels usually taste old. Like, just a bit «off», as if they’ve been wrapped in the delivery paper for hours rather than wrapped to order. Maybe I’m just too particular
But anyone can tell a hard French loaf from a soft one and when it’s consistently subpar, that’s when you know the franchise is being cheap and cutting corners like this one does!

Woke up wanting a sandwich, they only deliver to 74th street to the north. I live on 73rd terr, I made a joke that I could walk out my back door and be on 74th street and the driver could meet me there! I am no longer hungry for sandwiches.
Why am I upset over a crappy chain restaurant sandwich.

This is the best JJ’s I’ve had. We have one by the house, but they’re very skimpy on toppings so we prefer to drive here and pick up our delicious subs at the drive thru. You can even order them online first. No complaints besides price, but that’s corporate and has nothing to do with this store. The bread is fresh, toppings are crisp and when we do get delivery at a friend’s place it’s always freaky fast!

Stoked they’re so close to my home now, ordered and Italian night club, and they delivered in less then ten min. (Cut in half and easy on the onions just as I had asked) great service and delicious sandwich.

They will deliver to within 1000 ft. of my store to housesbut not to my store under the guise of we don’t deliver that far (just say it we are afraid to send our drivers to a business in a majority black area) if they would I would order more from them, because every time i go there they have 3 or 4 delivery vehicles just sitting there. if i can’t get out during the day and need it delivered i call Mr. Goodcents they aren’t afraid to deliver in a majority african-​american neighberhood to a business. This very Jimmy John’s lost a 500.00 plus dollar sale for a contractor day we had last summer that i wanted them to cater and because it was 2 blocks out of there delivery area they «couldn’t because we will get fined for going into another franchises delivery area» even though there is not another Jimmy Johns for 10 miles… i have called their corporate office and have been told there should be nothing that prevents them from delivering to us.

This is as good a jimmy johns as Ive been to. The usual freakily fast delivery, good food and a clean eating area. Parking has improved since they added dedicated spots for JJ’s. Getting in and out from wornall can be a pain during lunch

We could have stopped at the Jimmy John’s at Westport & Roanoke — it’s across the street from our friends’ house where we were watching football Saturday evening. But we opted for this shiny, new location with the drive-​thru in our neck of the woods on the way home. Hit the drive-​thru! Took about five minutes, start to finish, to have that delicious Italian sub on crusty/​soft french bread in my possession, and I didn’t even have to get out of the car!
