Jericho did a fabulous job in our home. We have had work done in the past that took a contractor double the time we expected. Jerhico gave us a time line, showed up on time and were done within the projected limits. We were so pleased with their promptness, neatness while working and the quality they put into their work.

We’ve been updating our kitchen as the budget allows and the first item we wanted to tackle was the countertop, knowing that we would be keeping the lower cabinets. The process with Jericho was seamless: I called to find out what/​who they were; scheduled an appointment to talk dollars and installation timeframe; went to the granite shop to check out slabs and poof! We were done! It was seriously that easy. I had a pretty specific color/​design in mind for the granite, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found it at their shop (the selection was huge).
Their installer came and took the countertop measurements and then we set up a date soon after for the granite installation (we had a family function that was within a couple of months and they were able to accommodate our need for getting it done sooner than later). Our home had settled enough over the years that some leveling was required, but their team handled it without issue. Again, pretty pleased! The demo and install as done in one day. Will be calling again for bathrooms in the future.

We had a horrible experience and it’s still not over with. The project manager wouldn’t communicate with us at all… We never knew what was going on, when someone was going to be working at our house, etc. We were told the kitchen remodel would only take 7 – 10 days, but it took 31! Then to top it all off, the pipe under the sink was not installed correctly, came apart and leaked, ruining our new hardwood flooring! We’re still waiting for them to «fix» that. Come to find out, apparently when they fixed the pipe, they cracked both sink drain collars!!! It’s been 2 weeks since they «ordered» new ones. No one will even return our call!!! We thought if we spent high dollar, we’d be safe… but we were WRONG TO GO WITH JERICHO!

Quickest, the best and absolutely reliable. Gave me exactly what I asked for and gave me even better suggestions and ideas without being pompous or smug. Will use them on every remodel I have and I need a lot! One place does it all, no hiring multiple contractors!

We used Jericho for a bathroom remodel quite recently. We heard about them on the radio and thought we would give them a shot. The designer met us in our home and planned a partial remodel according to our budget, which was somewhat modest. I still feel like we got sold on a very expensive product (onyx), that wasn’t really necessary. The installation ended up being over a month later than we expected. There was no real explanation for this other than that the materials were taking a while, so the communication was fair at best. When our bathroom remodel began, the process went pretty smoothly, and the installer was very knowledgeable and professional. I am pleased with the product and the result, but it was a little pricey. My tiny, 45 sq ft bathroom cost nearly $ 8k to do (without new floor or vanity), so in the future we may try to do someone cheaper.

Had them out to give me an estimate on re-​doing my master bathroom and was very impressed with their professionalism. the salesman asked a lot of questions and actually came up with some great ideas, and had samples with him so we could see different colors and materials. Left us a written proposal with no pressure and after talking to two other remodelers, no one was even close. the construction process was smooth, we just loved everything about Jericho — would highly recommend!!!
